In the mirror, she looked like a train wreck, but she quickly splashed her face with cold water.
When she opened the door, Roxy came sailing into the room, his purple flowered caftan billowing in the breeze he created. He hadn't bothered to cover his bald head, and he was pinching his temples between his thumb and middle finger.
"Oh, doll, please tell me you have some ibuprofen. I have a haaaang-over!"
Poppy cleared her raw throat. "Sure, just a minute." She padded to the medicine cabinet in the bathroom and retrieved the bottle of tablets. She heard Roxy from the living room.
