It was actually too good to be true, but Rhys' absence was still a hollow in my heart. “Someone looks tired.” A familiar voice rang out and my lips curled up, “Sapphire.” Over the years, we became friends. Turns out that she's been obsessed with her brother, and as soon as Axel found out, he took her for therapy. She returned better, stronger, back to her original bright self I never got to experience. She smiled, moving closer, “Halo's causing trouble again?” Again, yes! I nodded slowly and pointed at the kitchen, “she's trying to bake a cake.”

I was so lost in the beauty of the room until Sapphire's voice jolted me out of my thoughts. "She's here,Boss Ryder."she bowed down her head. I followed her gaze and my eyes met with a golden amber eyes which seems like there's a world war going on in them.The eyes was so cold and had a blank expression. That thing is a menace.” Mathius replies. “You are a fucking rotten brown eye.” Sapphire sneers.

Her fingers touched the shimmery crystals adorning her belt and she gazed up at him. "This must have cost you quite a sum," she whispered. "These are sapphires from the Sapphire River. I shook these bad thoughts out of my head as we entered the edge of the forest towards the bubbling brook, the water was so calm and clear that you could see the rocks that lined the bottom all the way along. “Shall we shift to let these two have some time together as we make our way to the clearing, I know that Xander wants to really see Sapphire?” Ryder asked, making Saph jump around in my head since she perked up at the thought of going for a run with her mate.

She was really playing the big sister role even more than Azalea and I suspected that she blames herself for failing to convince Max to let Sapphire go.
