Out of extreme fear, she his her face in the curtains. "No you don't!" Sonny growled, tearing away the curtains with her claws, "watch me bitch!!! I want you to watch the monster you created, tear down your world..." She grinned evilly, glancing towards Paul, "starting.with.him!!!" And she pounced on him with full force, "Nooo!!!!!!" ***************** "I don't get any of this shit Ridyan!" Ruby laid back into the posh white sofa, bouncing a small white ball, to and fro against the wall, "if I had anything special about me, I'd have rob banks with it and wouldn't be broke now."

Looked up at me with those eyes she used when she wanted something, soft, slightly wounded, perfectly calculated. "Stay with me," she said quietly. "Please. We haven't talked properly in days." I looked at her for a moment. Then I said, "Go." "Crew…" "I'll call you later. Go." She held my gaze one more second. Then she let go of my arm and walked away, and I turned and kept moving without looking back. **** POV: Summer Winters "No but you don't understand," Ruby said, grabbing my wrist and pulling me down the corridor like the building was on fire. "I have been holding this in since third period. Third period, Summer. Do you know how long that is? That is psychological warfare."

I smell her before I see her. The scent of her hits my nose; the scent of my female drops me. I see Ruby with a giant smile plastered across her slightly flushed face. I can’t move, only stare. Ruby catches sight of me and her eyes widen. She comes towards me. Her hair hesitant. “ we need to talk.” I’m holding her eyes now with mine. She can’t look away either. “Ruby, I was so wrong. I should have stayed that day. I shouldn’t have left like that. I wasn’t thinking properly. I was mad and only thinking of myself. I wanted to hurt you the way I was hurting. It was the wrong decision.”

says Rex, looking at Ruby. Ruby hears Rex’s words. “He is talking about Hector. He had to kill the kids. No wonder he was so messed up, thinks Ruby. “No, Sir I will not make that mistake,” declares Ruby. Ruby walks over to Elizabeth and grabs her and pulls her close to her chest. “I will make it quick so you can be with your children again,” whispers Ruby. She bares her neck and just nods. Ruby's fangs extend and she sinks her teeth into the woman’s neck. She drains her quickly and hopes to ease her pain. Once she is done, she steps back to collect herself and wipes the blood away.

My wolf stirred at the awareness, urging me closer. I couldn’t stop myself. I slid my fingers lower, intertwining them with hers, feeling the delicate curve of her knuckles under my palm. Then, I recklessly lifted her hand to my lips and bit her fingertip with my teeth, just a playful bite. Her lips parted, a small sound escaping her throat. My chest tightened at the sound, and a low unguarded laugh slipped from me. And then the door opened. I jerked back instantly, Ruby’s hand still caught in mine. My Beta stepped inside, clearing his throat with exaggerated politeness.

You’ve never met a woman you really thought was beautiful before, and it scares you. I snorted back a laugh, I have made love to plenty of beautiful women, Thor. I think you’re omitting a lot of details here. Objectively attractive, sure. But beautiful to you? I can’t think of many. My phone buzzed again, slightly longer this time, and I pulled it out to check. The screen glowed brightly and nearly hurt my eyes. Blinking through the glare, I noticed two texts from Ruby and swiped to open them. please help me, i’m hurt and trapped and i don’t know what to do, i’m in the gardens by the lily fountain!

I let him go, and he slumped to the ground. I turned around and held her to my chest while she wept. " I am so sorry, Ruby," I apologised to her. I did not know the level of humiliation she was going through until now. Even Racheal got smacked and disrespected for being her friend. I understood why sigma Burke tried to make her cut off. I kissed the top of her hair which was drenched in beer. " I want to go home," She said with her face buried in my chest. My claws and teeth retracted

My abductor would show up soon—Hades Wraithborn wasn’t the kind of man to leave things unresolved. He hated me. That much was clear. And yet, something told me his hatred was both expected and justified. Ruby let out a sharp screech, jolting me from my thoughts. "What is it?" I turned to the little creature, watching as it flapped its wings frantically. The agitation in its movements made my brows furrow. "Are you hungry?" I reached out to stroke its forehead, but Ruby screeched louder. The sudden intensity in its cries sent a prickle of unease down my spine. I looked around, trying to find any suspicious movement.. But I couldn't or Ella couldn't sense any suspicious present around us.

I will make are she ceases to exist. “No, don’t leave me.” Ruby suddenly says bringing me out of my thoughts, I’m about to answer her when I notice she is still asleep. Tears are streaming down her face, she must be having a nightmare. I wipe her tears away and slowly tap her shoulder to wake her up. I don't want to startle her. “Nooooooo.” She screams in a loud voice, shooting her eyes open. Her eyes grow so wide when she notices me in front of her. “Owen, is it really you?” she asks grabbing me with both her hands by my shoulders. Every time our bodies come into contact, the sparks I feel are amazing. Our connection is still there even without the bond.
