It was like having two death sentences in one because even if she were a pure Lycan, we could never be together. She was supposed to spend the rest of her life serving and dedicating herself to the goddess. I doubted Jennifer's revelation at first. Something inside me snapped, and I started laughing hard and loud. She looked at me like I was crazy. "You're desperate, but Athena would never lie.
