His hand went to the caller ID that was in his car as he scrolled through it, calling Nicolas.
“Where are the pack members?” I asked.
“We’re in the underground shelter, but we’re staying as quiet as we possibly can be” Caspian whispered. I could hear low growls, crying children whose parents were trying to calm, and a few pack members muttering between themselves.
“When did the attack happen?” I asked, looking at Dante who kept calling Nicolas’s number.
“Fucks sake, answer your fucking phone” he muttered, calling him again.
“Dante, why the fuck are you putting me on redial at three in the morning?” Nicolas asked, his voice deep and raspy with sleep, his tone annoyed.
