I’m not a fighter or anything, but I like to think that my presence and keeping an eye on everyone’s things at least deter people from doing something they shouldn’t. I look up, broken from my thoughts as I hear the sounds of snarling. I look over at the training field and see the Alpha’s wolf Zara surrounded by five other wolves of varying sizes. Zara looks calm as she stands taller than every other wolf on the field at 6'5". She doesn’t look vicious, but majestic. Regal almost. Standing proudly like a true leader.

There were two double beds, a sofa, forty-inch TV, a bar and by far the most luxurious bathroom I’d even seen. The next morning, we made our way into the town and to the community centre that the clerk at the motel gave us directions to. The motel was run by wolves which worked out in our favour. They knew where the good witches were, and which would scam us. The community centre was where the Alphas office was. Her name was Sara. She was only thirty-one and had formed her pack off her own back with money she had worked her ass off to earn. She couldn’t promise us that we would get all the answers we needed but gave us her word she would try. I prayed she meant it as we would only be in town

She was the sweetest to me last night, and I wasn’t going to ever forget that. “You have some nerve to talk to me that way! Both of you are completely useless, and there is no form of sense left in you. I just want you to know that I’m higher than you in all ramifications, so don’t delude yourself. You are the most insignificant character in this pack, Sara said in disgust. Gina growled at her. It was weird to note how her small body was able to produce such energy and be the bigger wolf of the two. I wondered if it had anything to do with her being a healer.

"Yes, weak willed ones, not just any" A woman came round neatly dressed and served them a goblet of blood "This is?" Victor asked. "My own your Majesty" She said with a bow. "Thank you Sara, I will enjoy this" "It warms my heart" she said and left. Ray looked over his shoulder at the woman who disappeared behind the throne curtains, then looked at the goblet of blood "Her own? Why did I feel such an odd vibe from her father?" Victor was taking a small sip of the blood then clearly his face expressed he enjoyed it "Sara is an Omega wolf, she chose to serve me"

The whole area was filled with an alcohol stench that almost made Sara vomit. “Are you also here for some fun?” A half-drunken man said to Sara, stretching his hand towards her chin. Sara gave the man a sore gaze and shoved away his hand. “Get off me.” She muttered and walked to the extreme of the room, where it was safe from prying eyes, and Leon's wrath. She glanced around, and when she was sure that no one was looking, she said some words almost silently, awakening her wolf. “I need to hide my scent, let's do this please.” Sara pleaded with her wolf, she could feel Leon's scent traveling down her nostrils and that meant one thing, he was nearby.

Ryder clears his throat and says, "This is Arianna Snow. Your wolf." What?

She pulled out her phone, glancing around to make sure no one was watching, before quickly dialing a number. After a few rings, a voice answered on the other end, deep and authoritative. “Report.” Sara hesitated only for a second before speaking. “I’ve found something. There’s a healer wolf here. Her blood… it’s different. It’s powerful.” There was a pause on the other end, and when the voice spoke again, it was sharper, more urgent. “A healer wolf? Are you certain?” “Yes,” Sara confirmed, her voice steady. “No! It's not possible”.

He was worried. That made two of us. "First challenger," an elderly wolf announced. "Delta Sarah." A woman stepped forward from the crowd. She was built like a tank, with muscles upon muscles and a scar running down her face. She looked like she ate omegas for breakfast. "Nothing personal, girl," Sarah said, cracking her knuckles. "But I don't take orders from weak wolves. Show me you're worthy, or step down." I wanted to step down. Every instinct screamed at me to run.

Seeing the panic in the female wolf's eyes, Rex intervened. "No. We will determine if, I'm sorry, what is your name?" He asked, softening his tone. "Aisha." She looked down. "OK, Aisha, let's take a walk to distance us from prying eyes and ears. Its just going to be you, me, Makai, Rixa, and Kit. Would that be alright with you?” He smiled at female wolf trying to ease her fears. Being an omega after all, in a pack, they were always first to submit under an Alpha's Spirit.
