“Then we can really start the party.” I laughed at the thought, imagining their reactions when they realized just how screwed they were. But then,she laughed too. The sound was soft at first, but it grew louder, more confident. It sent a chill down my spine. I frowned. “What the hell is so funny?” Sarah lifted her head, her lips curling into a smirk. “You,” she said, her voice steady, unwavering. “You’re taking your last few breaths, Damon.” Her eyes gleamed with something dangerous. “And after that, I’ll personally end you.”

I knocked again, harder this time. The curtain in the window next to the door moved just a little. I saw an eye peek through, then disappear. A few seconds later, the door opened just a little. Sarah's face appeared in the gap. She looked different than she did on TV. Her hair was pulled back in a messy bun and she wore sweatpants and an oversized sweater. No makeup. Which was very weird. Ethan’s Point of view: As we wrapped up discussing the fake engagement plan, the conversation shifted to lighter topics. Cameron asked Sarah, "So, what do you do?" Sarah hesitated before responding. "I'm not currently working," she said. "I'm passionate about art and colors, though," she added. I noticed Cameron's curious expression. Before he could ask another question, Sarah brought up a practical concern. "Actually, Ethan, I wanted to discuss the clothing budget," Sarah said.
