One Obsession --Two Redemption

One Obsession --Two Redemption

“Okay! Game time!” Jack groaned dramatically. “What the hell,Ella. Are we twelve?” Ella narrowed her eyes, undeterred. “Common,it would be fun,I promise. You will thank me later,” “I doubt that,” he said but still moved to the living room with the rest of us. We gathered round the table again. Ella set a wine bottle in the center. “Let's start with something light. Never Have I Ever.” Drake smiled like he had just been handed the key to the universe. “Let's give it a shot,”

Falling For The Billionaire I Was Hired to Protect

Falling For The Billionaire I Was Hired to Protect

By nightfall, they were all sitting in the living room with drinks in hand, movies playing in the background. “Truth or dare!” Leo announced, his cheeks already flushed from the alcohol. “Oh, no,” Sasha groaned, though she joined in anyway. The game quickly devolved into laughter and teasing, with Leo blurting out embarrassing truths and Sasha daring Jace to drink straight from the bottle. Jace’s cheeks were flushed, his laughter softer, looser than usual. River stayed quiet for most of it, just sipping his drink, though he occasionally smirked at Jace’s flustered expressions.

The Game

The Game

I drift off to sleep on the plane on the way back to Texas, only to awaken after having a very vivid dream or maybe I should say fantasy of Drake. I pour myself a drink and try to relax. I decided to change clothes and freshen up, just in case Drake met me at the airfield. Silly how I have to remind myself this is all just a game. I catch myself wanting him, wanting to please him, wanting to give myself to him. I have to remember that I want to hurt him, make him regret how he treated me. Lila, my wolf also reacts to Drake so strongly I constantly have to reign in. I continue to sip the burning alcohol that I am drinking, my excitement continues to grow at the thought of seeing Drake. Arrange Marriage With Alpha Lucus

Arrange Marriage With Alpha Lucus

"Nonsense. Your idea of a shitty tolerance is still like fifty times better than ours, Emma." Emma groaned at Alex's insistence and knocked a shot of drink back. After a dinner of grilled meat with lettuce wraps and rice, they talked for a while before opening up the bottles of drinks and beer. They knew they were probably a bit too old for this, but it was the first time they had truly let go in years. After cycling through the old drinking games they used to play, they were now trying to learn and failing at the current popular drinking games. "How do kids these days do this?"

The Harvest Game

The Harvest Game

"Hope you're not doing anything illegal?... Aren't you underaged to drive?... You'll fail if you don't come back to school!... Where have you been!" Laura smiled lightly. "Nope, yup, I know and... I've been playing the game", she'd managed to answer all that as shortly as possible. "What's up with that lame game anyway?... I think they sent me a stupid hoe for some reason..." Laura's eyes widen. "Why did you pick the hoe?!... Who does that?" "What?... It was named 'The Harvest!', what else was I supposed to pick?... A fu*king gun?!", I shot her a questioning look.

Dangerous Game

Dangerous Game

Dante and Dominic weren't done talking shop, so I excused myself again and wound my way to the bar. Discussing the ups and downs of the S&P 500 was not my idea of a fun Friday night. A smile broke out on my face when I spotted a familiar glint of purple-black hair behind the counter. "What does a girl have do to get a drink around here?" I quipped, taking the stool closest to her. Isabella looked up from the drink she was making. "Finally, the VIP deigns to drop by." She garnished the glass with a wedge of lime and slid it toward me. "Gin and tonic, just the way you like it."

Marked By My Best friend’s Twin Brother

Marked By My Best friend’s Twin Brother

Before I could answer, she grabbed my wrist and tugged me toward the corner of the living room where a makeshift bar had been set up. A folding table sagged under bottles of every color imaginable. A couple of seniors stood behind it, laughing as they mixed drinks in plastic cups like they actually knew what they were doing. “Let’s get a drink!” Sarah said, bouncing on her toes. I hesitated, my heart stuttering. “Uh—maybe we should just get soda?” I asked, eyeing the neon liquids sloshing dangerously close to the edge of the cups. “Or water. Water’s good.” Sarah laughed like I’d just told the world’s funniest joke. “Relax, Em. One drink won’t kill you.”

He leans back, looking at me curiously. “I don’t even get drunk on fire-water anymore, I doubt a bottle of human liquor can do the trick,” I murmur. He glances skeptically at me and I throw back the shot. It doesn’t even warm my throat. I roughly set the glass down with a bored half smile. “Nothing.” “Well then let’s drink for a different reason, not to get drunk,” he suggests, downing his own shot. “Know any good games?” “We could play Never Have I Ever?”

I wish it were you

I wish it were you

he said, “let’s not bring up work again!” Someone chimed in quickly. It was Deven Cowan, the fifth young master of the Cowan family—known for being a party guy. He clapped and said, “We’ve been here all this time and haven’t even had a proper drink! Let’s warm up a bit. Let’s play a quick game—three dice, guess high or low. If you’re wrong, drink.” Then he explained the rules. Three dice. If the total is 4–10, that’s low. 11–17 is high. If it’s 3 or 18, everyone drinks.

Let Them Kneel

Let Them Kneel

Something in Lyressa’s chest shifted at the look on his face. “I had trouble sleeping,” she said stiffly. “Of course you did.” Draevyn handed her a goblet of dark wine. She accepted it before she could second-guess herself. And the night unfolded from there. They played games Lyressa had never seen before—some involving cards, others involving carved stones and elaborate wagers. Draevyn dominated nearly every round, his sharp mind and quicker reflexes earning groans and laughter from the others.

Minx Chique
This novel is so good from the start (not completed yet, 212 as of 1 May 2026). The mystery, the reveal, the high stakes rescue the fights. Has it all. And it all connects in a satisfying way. Love the FL and ML, such great chemistry. I couldn't wait for the updates. Highly recommend this read.

This was a really good book from beginning to end. And while it was a serial, it did have an ending which I appreciate unlike some other books on this app. Would love to see a book 2, perhaps about the children as adults. Overall, very engaging and I couldn’t wait for new chapters to be released.
