Say You Swear Meagan Brandy Novels & Stories

she continued and Aurora smiled, she didn't totally believe her but she needed to hear that. "Thanks," Aurora said to her friend and Megan looked at Aurora with puzzled eyes. "You don't fucking believe me, do you?" Megan asked. "Stop swearing Megan, you teach children," Aurora told her, hoping to distract her attention by that. "Oh fuck it, you think I'm shitting you?" She asked and Aurora didn't reply. "You are amazing and if I have to tell you that every day for the rest of your life to make you realize that I will," Megan said and Aurora believed that her friend would, well according to Megan she was amazing and Nate doesn't deserve her.

The chat exploded — #MayaandLarry, #LarrySpeaks, #ScandalContinues. Then came the part that made my blood run cold. “And for those wondering,” he added, “Brandy didn’t fake her accident. She’s recovering, she’s safe, and I’m taking care of her now. So please, stop spreading lies.” He looked straight at the camera, expression soft — almost romantic. “She’s the woman I love.”

“What is wrong with you?!” After Megan was slapped, she stared at Finneas in disbelief, for she had never expected that he would slap her right in front of so many people at their wedding. Suppressing her tears, Megan said, “Finneas, do you still believe her? That man is a gigolo! I’ve done a proper investigation. He’s not the President of JNS Corporation. He’s a liar! My sister isn’t the president’s wife! I know you’re eager to cooperate with JNS Corporation, but—”

She was breathing fast when she finished speaking. His face turned dangerous and he stepped closer to her. "What the fuck did you just say? Are you trying to tell me that you won't come back to me, Megan? You belong to me, and I won't let you end up with some Italian bastard." Megan stylishly pressed the button on the wristwatch the police gave to her while he was still talking. Luckily he did but noticed what she did. "Don't be delusional, Brandon. I am not yours, I have never been and I never will. If you think I would leave Leo then you are mistaken."

"Never, you will never be happy, you'll never be with him, not while I'm still alive.” Megan was shocked, she couldn't even shake the feeling off her. But she managed to muster a laugh, determined to not let Brittany see her broken. “You may think you've won, Brittany but you have no idea who I am, you haven't met my full wrath," she responded. Brittany was fazed, she hadn't expected Megan to suddenly pull out of her daze and reply to what she said. “Haven't I?" Brittany asked. Megan shook her head, a small smile plastered on her face, “I won't stand back and watch you like I did earlier, that will never happen again, Brittany," she said, her words promising and threatening. A sudden confide

"What wouldyou do, if you were me, Megan?" "I'd use the last of that Serenex shit on Bradley Cooper, that's what I'd do. I love me some Bradley Cooper." She chuckled. "Look, I don't know what to tell you. You don't want to go down for it. You don't want to throw the girls under the bus. You don't want to go for a plea. I guess you just gotta figure out what you want, and what you can live with."

“See, one thing you need to understand about me. I don’t respond to threats. You two are the stupid ones that got yourself dead, and now you want me to bend over backward to Sage safe. I have already planned on doing that.” Megan pointed toward a few white candles and the floated landing in the right pattern she needed to perform the spell. David looked at her as she kept working. “What are you doing?” demanded David. “Oh, nothing really. Just practicing.” Megan walked over to her pestle and mortar. She pulled some ingredients in and began the slow grind. “I do have a question, and this is for you since you are Sage’s mother. What’s your name? I just can’t call you Ma’am, right?”

But then she looked me right in my eyes, and I knew that she was about to ask me to do something that I wasn’t sure I’d be able to do. “But Iris, you can’t tell him.” “Meg—” “Promise me, Iris. Promise me you won’t tell Dwayne.” I kept my gaze on her, swallowing thickly. I was about to lie again, and I hated myself for it. “I promise.” I forced a smile. Megan didn’t notice. Maybe I was getting better at this. At being a fucking liar.

Megan pulled away, laughing lightly as if mocking us all. “I’m the queen of this place,” she announced proudly. The rogues around us roared and cheered. Megan strutted forward, crossing her arms as she paraded before our group. "Seems like even the goddess has sided with me. Who would've thought? A man as great as Travis. My mate." She circled around our men, flashing that same annoying smile. "Everything happens for a reason. I’m grateful you ruined my life. Because it led me here."

Brandon responded in that annoyingly confident manner of his. “Prick.” I scoffed and his laughter echoed over the car. He gave more directions to Megan and we were getting even deeper in the place. “It would be hard to come out of here.” I said. “Yeah, it would be very hard but Megan is a good driver, I can already see it, we would just have to place our lives in her hands.” Brandon said. A smile settled on Megan's features. It was Brandon after all. He always had his way with words.
