I just watched in horror as Scarlet removed the dagger from her shoulder wiping the blood on the dagger, on her shorts. Bones began breaking and soon Skylar was replaced by a big brown Wolf. I looked at scarlet's mom who had pride in her eyes. " You've got this Scarlet you can't let her beat you.." she yelled while I just stood there helplessly tears spilling out. Scarlet was busy cleaning the blood off the dagger not even looking at her opponent who was running at her full speed baring her teeth

A growl of annoyance slipped past my lips. Of all the days I could fall sick, it had to be the day I was returning home to claim what was rightfully mine, the position of the Alpha of Blackwood pack. "Do you think it's nervousness?" My wolf, Zander asked. He too was disturbed by my uneasiness as it would whimper whenever the ache intensified as it had been doing since it began. "No. I am not nervous, Zander. I am fucking happy but too bad this ache is barring my joy."

He couldn't join her today because he couldn't risk leaving the unknown guest alone. Just as he was about turning to go back inside, he saw Lily. She had something in her mouth. A small backpack. She dropped it at his feet before walking inside. He picked it up and walked inside. After giving Lily a snack for her services, he opened the bag carefully. An empty water bottle, some empty wraps for granola bars and two unopened bars were the contents of the bag. He turned the bag over, shaking the bag vigorously. Nothing else was in the bag but amongst the wraps of granola bars, he noticed a small name tag depicting one name ... Kamara.

“ How are you outside? It’s freaking daytime you freak! “ I exclaim “ My ring. Didn’t they teach you that in werewolf school, “ he says putting out his cigarette on the pavement? I started walking down to the forest nearest to our house which was still very far away. The house was covered on all four sides with woodland. He followed. “ Didn’t they teach you that a werewolf bite is fatal, “ I say looking up at him. “ That they did teach me, Katherine, but I know you’d never kill me, sweetheart, “ he said looking down at me flashing his fangs accidentally. “ How are you so sure? “ I remark “ You’d never do it because you believe that I can be better. Neal shrugged, "Do you have those too?" Ricky smiled and turned around. He pulled down his t-shirt, exposing the tattoo on his nape. Neal leaned close to take a good look. It was a small tattoo of a wolf head with a few horizontal and perpendicular lines. The black ink actually looked good on Ricky's light slender neck. "Your breath tickles." Ricky commented, and that's when Neal noticed how close he was. He scooted back embarrassed. The blonde guy giggled and let go his top before turning around.
