One book clamped onto Camela’s wrist. She screamed and trembled, but the cover gripped her like sharp teeth. Vincent yanked it off her with a surge of fire coursing through it. “Stay behind me!” he ordered. But when he looked up, hundreds of other books were lifting and floating from the shelves, their pages bleeding and whispering her name.

I went on in a spur of excitement. "It's a thriller and mystery novel about a detective who's trying to track down a serial killer. So many twists and cliffhangers. Total page-turner." I giggled.
