Each volume of Strange short stories will have 3 medium-sized stories and about 10 short stories. To make it easier to understand and more transparent, this chapter will be like a summary for this and the following volumes. In this world full of magic, demonic beasts and restrictions, they live on the run, abandoned by their parents. The second one made more sense but it was also the one that I had the most doubt in being the truth because of the duration and everything happening and what I was hearing that I didn't know before. I had given up on finding anything in the local libraries or even on the internet because everything that came up in searches was folklore and creepy stories of people who swear they have seen the undead and everything else parents use to scare us, children, into behaving ourselves. It is scary.” Bree snuck at the rolling landscape and saw the scary animal with sharp teeth sneering at her, so she pretended to look forward and saw her parents exchange a look.

As the stories got scarier, I noticed a few of the younger pack members huddling closer to their parents, seeking comfort and reassurance. Soon, it was my turn to share a story. Feeling the weight of the moment, I cleared my throat and began my tale. "In a small village, there was a haunted mansion. It was said that the spirit of a vengeful witch roamed the halls, seeking revenge on anyone who dared to enter her domain..." I let my imagination run wild, conjuring spine-chilling scenes and mysterious characters. The pack leaned in closer, their eyes wide with fascination, hanging onto every word I spoke. The suspenseful atmosphere made my heart race with excitement.

A meaningful smile sprouted on his mouth as if he had succeeded in his plan, trapping the students in the net of his storytelling skill. "None." He snickered, "well, that's shocking. How come none of you knows about her? Well, everyone knows about her in the highlands of Scotland. Everyone's scared of the name, Baobhan." His voice grimed as he proceeded further. "Mothers are terrified of their crying child when they don't sleep at night. Sleep kid, Baobhan will come and take you away to her favorite spot amidst the darkest wood and will suck on your blood. They would say." The crowd gasped in collaboration, everyone seemed to be impressed by the story, and fully hooked, as their faces sugges

He added. Iero and Aria sighed in relief, though still felt scared. After all, it was a true story. And, even if they haven’t seen a ghost before, but based from Hierro’s story, ghosts should be scary. They decided not to stay up late. “So, is it my turn now?” Reyan asked and smiled. Iero and Aria froze. Then, they stared at Reyan. If Hierro’s story scared them, what more would Reyan’s story be? But, even if they feel that Reyan’s story would be scarier, they can’t help but want to listen.

Maxine’s POV There are different types of scary people in the world. And one of them includes Chocolate. “Would you mind if I hum while driving?” Chocolate asked while sitting on the driver’s seat of her car. I clutched my hands around the seat-belt as I looked at the woman beside me. That’s right. A type like her, a jealous woman, is one of the scariest people out there. But what made her more frightening is that she isn’t just a simple woman, but a female werewolf.

Conrad said, “I heard Michael say he and the girls are gathering in Akira’s room for scary stories.” Tristan raised a brow at this. “How come we’re not invited?” Sosuke said, “Akira telling ghost stories? That’ll be interesting.” He chuckled with amusement. Nicolas asked, “Why is that?” “Because she’s very good at it. She knows a lot of the Japanese ones, too, ones that’ll make your spine crawl.” Conrad shook his head. “No thanks. I hate ghost stories. I mean, they’re not real, the ghosts, but…” He shuddered at the very thought of having to listen to the tales.

I can't get scared from the letters in the pages of a book plus the real world is a lot scarier than any content that can be found in a book." I said and at that moment I thought about what nearly happened to me some days back. Almost getting raped is like a scene straight out from a horror movie, it's by far the most scariest thing I could think of and I am glad I was able to come out of it with only a bitter taste in my mouth and not an actual emotional scar that would last forever...
