Neo’s POV Sitting at my desk, my mind is consumed by the image of Skyler, completely engulfed in those Scarabs she fondly referred to. It's astonishing how she fearlessly caressed them, treating them as harmless creatures, before they obediently scurried away from her and disappeared into the earth. It's as if they hold no threat, no potential for danger or death. This scene continues to play in my mind, leaving me both fascinated and perplexed by Skyler's unwavering trust in these seemingly treacherous insects.

But Scarlet composed herself and smirked at him. "I like your confidence. Let's see who is more powerful and who is going to finish whom." Scarlet said with a vicious smile on her face. "Anna," Scarlet called out loudly and she came out running at full speed from inside in her wolf form. But to his shock, two wolves were standing in front of him. Same color. Silver wolves. Scarlet POV “Scarlet is back!” I heard Courtney yell from inside our cabin. I laughed to myself as I walked inside of our little but cozy cabin. The three trouble makers are what we used to call ourselves but as we matured, we dropped that and just became more like sisters. My name is Scarlet. I stand at 5 '7”, deep greenish/blue eyes, deep brown hair that is waist length with a slim but toned build. My brother is the Alpha to the Red Creek Pack but due to our childhood, I would rather not live in a pack. Instead, I have built a life for myself with two great friends. He fully supports me and we still run our co-owned jewellery business.

She was more than capable of completing a mission on her own. "I know you're capable, Scarlett," Romero said sarcastically, sensing her irritation. "But it never hurts to have a backup plan." Scarlett rolled her eyes, knowing that Romero had a point even though he was clearly taunting her. She may be skilled, but anything could happen on a mission. "Fine," she said with a sigh. "But don't get in my way." Romero grinned. "Wouldn't dream of it." Not when he wanted nothing more but for her to be shaken by the gruesome events of the underworld.
