I see something else too—a strange mark pulsing faintly on the side of her shoulder, close to her neck, glowing red. A mark I hadn't seen there before.

He said, looking at me for the first time since I revealed the secret. "How will you know about that," I asked him the tears were flowing now, I'm crying for so many reasons. I looked at my outfit which was a spaghetti strap deep neck,puffy lilac dress that was adored with tiny holographic glitter. Unlike Scar, i had a bright eye shadow and a cherry red lipstick, to go with the bright colour of my dress. I wore a single pendent long crystal necklace; i had a rose gold purse and i completed the outfit with lavender coloured heels. "This is it! We will part ways after this" Scarlet tells me, sadness laced in her voice.

#SCARLET... APARTMENT# The evening arrived and it was 6:59 pm already. Scarlet stood in the room as she got spruced up in a silver gown that is lengthy, and it flowed beautifully down her feet. She matched her dress with a pair of black 4-inch high heels, making her more taller and elegant. Her hair was stylishly packed in a hair bun, and the silky strands of her hair cascaded down her forehead making her look extravagant.

Scarlet could only dream Ace would sing for her and he started with the popular song in the Moonlight movie. Her mind relaxed and body eased as if tension in kilograms lifted away from her no sooner she heard his voice. She slowly closed her eyes while Ace kept talking to her sweet things while singing on the phone simultaneously relaxing her to sleep. Scarlet did not know when her eyes went closed. The next morning she woke up to the angry yells heard in the living room. The time on the wall clock showed ten in the morning. Did she sleep that long?
