Epilogue: Now that I have written several of these stories, I find that my old ghosts have started to haunt my dreams yet again. It is amazing that once things are written down, they begin to take on a life of their own. Just remember, if you don’t want things to go bump in the night, don’t tell anyone else about them.

Sienna hands grabbed my arms. I could feel that she was very scared now. "I don't know." The voice was so strange that I didn't know what it was. The next moment, the voice suddenly came again. Sienna was so scared that she immediately hugged my neck, and her voice was full of horror. "Is that a ghost?" "Ghost?" I raised my eyebrows. I didn't believe in the existence of ghosts, so I was never afraid. "I... I'm scared!"Her arms tightened around my neck.

I nearly collapsed at the sound of his thick baritone voice. My heart was about to explode in my chest. “Don't be afraid, child.” I scoffed, raising my brows. “Don't tell me not to be afraid, you are dead!” I screamed, taking another step back. “How will I not be afraid when I'm seeing ghosts? I mean, who sees ghosts?!” I screamed at them, placing my hands in the air to act as a barrier between us. Fuck! I see dead people! But how come? Was that a fucking gift too?

Those who had discovered the truth were swiftly silenced, their secrets dying with them. The rumors about The Ghost were the stuff of criminal legend. They said he could walk through walls, that he had spies in every major organization, that he could make people disappear without a trace. Some said he wasn't human at all, but a vengeful spirit who had returned from the dead to punish the wicked. Victor did nothing to discourage these tales—in fact, he cultivated them.

He looked down at her big eyes gazing up at him, seriously nodding, "Yes, I saw it. It was so terrifying, my legs were shaking." Candice: "I told you, it’s impossible for me to be the only one seeing ghosts!" At that moment, Rex and Jerry, who had been eavesdropping for a while, couldn’t hold back anymore. Jerry looked stern, "Candice, what are you talking about? What ghosts?" Rex, who had been sulking earlier, was now unusually excited, "Ghosts? Where? Where? Is it a vampire? A European ghost? An Asian female ghost?"

That’s it, I frown slightly, shifting in my seat. “Why not?” Now he looks at me, a beat, then he says the most scarier thing. “I see ghosts at night.” My stomach drops. “…What?” His face stays completely straight, for a second, I actually believe him. Then, he lets out a soft low laugh. “Relax,” he says. “I’m kidding.” I exhale sharply, narrowing my eyes at him. “That’s not funny.” “It was a little funny.” “It wasn’t.” He leans back slightly in his chair, studying me for a second like he’s memorizing the reaction.

Never have I had the courage to enter inside the building, not with the many creepy and scary tales I have heard about this place. When I was a child there was a popular tale that was going on about this house. People say the house is haunted by ghosts_ actually the ghosts are the owners of the building as I was told. A family of ghosts living inside the mansion scaring and eating people's brains, especially little kids that make the mistake of setting foot into the building.
