THIRD PERSON Sofia sat behind her desk, legs crossed, the soft hum of the air conditioner filling the quiet office. Her laptop was open, but not on any document. N*****x ran in full screen. Some ridiculous comedy series, the kind she would have once called trash, but today she couldn’t stop laughing. She leaned back in her chair, sipping her coffee, eyes half on the screen. “Oh, come on,” she muttered to herself, laughing when one of the characters tripped over a cat. “You idiot. How are you even still alive?”

Let's listen to it. Jake started telling a string of progressively awful jokes. They were terrible. Puns and dad jokes that caused me to groan and roll my eyes. However, I still ended up laughing. Jake's excitement was contagious, similar to a harmless virus that transmitted happiness rather than illness. What is the reason for scientists not having faith in atoms? Jake inquired, his eyes sparkling. I nodded, preparing for the joke's finale. "Because they constitute everything!" Jake's delivery of the line was so joyful that I couldn't resist laughing.

Harley argued, staying stuck on her word. "Guys, action has all of it, the graphics, some romance and comedy all in one!" Parker pointed out. "Yea, but the graphics always suck so there no point," Celia added. "Why not some sic-fi shit?" Bently asked. "Too much green screen," Harley shook her head. "I say comedy," Garret shrugged. "Animated!" Seth exclaimed. "Are you five?" Asher rolled his eyes. "Action!" "Classic or romance," Celia frowned.

"so as you know Sir it's a science fiction movie . it actually improves our knowledge about science , space , time and humans . you know things like that uhm bit educational. " "Well , if that's the case I think I couldn't agree less "Mr.Jason said . me and Ciara exchanged looks like these two are really fools . what nonsense are they sprouting . But i was shocked to see Mr.Jason was agreeing with this idiot . "Let's go then " wait what .... "Mr.Jason ?" i said "yeah?" "Nothing " I said and there we were sitting back in the cinema . I was sitting between Ciara and Mr.Jason . It was really awkward.

“Are you excited to start your internship?” Isis asked, turning in her seat to look back at me. “Does energy equal mass times the speed of light squared?” I scoffed. Kurt and Isis shared a look and broke out into laughter. I don’t know what’s so funny. I made a science joke, but it wasn’t even that funny. Maybe they are just humoring me and want me to feel at ease as I enter my dream job and be around a thirty-story office full of people I don’t know.

"Why do humans even watch horror movies if they end up too scared to use the bathroom?" Max's voice rang out loud and clear, laced with heavy sarcasm. "Because humans are stupid and sometimes like to create problems for themselves." Mischa added with an eerily calm tone, completely emotionless, I choked a little on my tea, trying not to laugh.
