Rumor mengatakan, jika masih ada satu manusia yang bisa mengendalikan monster dalam tubuhnya dan ialah gadis berdarah campuran hijau tersebut. Hanya saja, kehadiran Irina Tolya malah membuat Marco dan Polo terpecah. Keduanya saling bertikai dan membentuk kubu sendiri dalam menyelesaikan konflik wabah monster ini.
