"My mom gave me that. I've never worn it, really. I don't like colors, and...it's got a cartoon character on it." It was Scooby Doo. "Oh." I pulled at the hem. "Is it okay if I wear it?" He shrugged, a casual gesture that didn't quite hide the fact he was watching me. "Yeah, it's fine."

"A bear?! How is that a bear!" We finished dinner not too long ago and decided to play games which has lead us to playing Pictionary. We split into teams and of course Knox and I were a team but so far we were not doing well. Knox had no artistic ability. Like none whatsoever. "Look at the ears." He pointed to what were little points on the top of a head." It was not a bear. At all. "Okay so no points for Aubrey and Knox. Olivia and Jackson you are up."

It's so strange not having our phones. "It's that way." He points somewhere that I think is straight east. "All right." I steer in that direction. "Scarlett Cove, here we come."

Her scent was weak but it was still present. She must have come through this way while she was soaked in water that was why I could not tack her scent. We came to a halt. "There it is!" He pointed to the ground. I could not see a thing. "What?!" I went closer, "Is this some kind of joke?!" I turned to look back at him, he shook his head, "Have a closer look!" Coyote edition.” He went still. “You saw them?” “Hard to miss when they’re screaming in Dolby surround.” He glanced at the spiral scar on his arm, then at my ear. Didn’t ask to see it. Just nodded once. “Grandma says the marked ones see clear. Didn’t think it’d be a skateboard girl from Tennessee.” “I’m full of surprises.” He almost smiled. “Game’s not over. Stay off the fifty-yard line after the third quarter. Mist gets… grabby.”

Scott for a response. “Well, usually I am. But it seems,” he pointed to the two shapes that were on the display, “it seems that these two are already very close with each other. Here,” he showed everyone the outline of arms and legs, “they have their arms and legs wrapped around each other. They are facing each other as if they are keeping each other comforted.”

The scrap of metal that she can't quite make out what it is, but she points to it excitedly and says “that thing?” “Yep! Mom wins!” Jack says in an excited voice, bouncing up and down in his seat. “Then that makes it my turn.” Lacey says, looking around. “Hmmm... The animal likes to lick at the falling snow flakes which Lacey finds adorable. “That tree trunk!” Sunny guesses, pointing.

The puppies barked. Cookie jumped directly into Peanut's lap. The mighty warrior had completely surrendered. Again. Then Thomas looked at the compass. His eyes narrowed. Something had caught his attention. Then he carefully picked it up. The needle spun wildly. Faster. And faster. And faster. God. That wasn't normal. Fair. Not even close. Reasonable honestly. Then suddenly— the needle stopped. Everyone leaned forward. The compass wasn't pointing north. It wasn't pointing south. It wasn't pointing anywhere normal.

he ran towards the trio. Se-Young looked at her right and then at left and then again towards Dong-Hoon. She pointed her index finger towards her face. “Are you talking to me?” she asked raising her eyebrows. “Of course.
