He had only left her half an hour ago. She wanted to cook some Indian food for him and needed a few things. He ran upstairs, into his bedroom. That’s when the shock hit him. His safe was open and empty. The new watch he had bought was gone. A gold chain which was a symbol of his good old times, was gone.
