I asked, folding my arms.
"I asked Diokles to leave. Please, if I saw him as Lord Zeus every day, I'd be unable to keep a straight face." she chuckled softly and walked over, sitting at the table.
She placed whatever was wrapped up gently on the table. "A bit of philosophy first, I suppose. Many say that the world is seen through a filter of who we are, what we believe, and what we are," she said.
"But what if the world around us controls those things? If the world sees someone as a monster, a murderer, a danger to all... Does that person have the same lens to the world as they would if the world didn't view that person like that?" she asked.
