Aurelia muttered under her breath. Seraphina shook her head at Aurelia and picked up the bag of belongings from the children, her heart twisted as she began to take out the items, a homemade doll, a knitted stuffed rabbit, a hand carved wooden horse and a tiny tarnished bracelet. Seraphina’s eyes burned with tears, “These items, these children, they’re all so-“ “Young.” Aurelia chimed in, her own voice was filled with pain and unshed tears.

"Mam, you're so looking so beautiful," Seraphina trailed her eyes towards the full-length mirror. Her petite body was wrapped in a beautiful flowing blood red gown, which was strapless. Her face was covered with a thin layer of makeup. Her dark long lashes were curled up and looking more big. Her lips were painted in a matching blood red lipstick. Her hair was tied up in a high beautiful bun. The dark makeup over her eyes was complimenting her light eyes, beautifully, but Seraphina had no interest to wander her own beauty. "Indeed this colour is complimenting your beauty so well," The girl said, fascinated with Seraphina's alluringness, until her eyes travelled towards the door.

I whistled under my breath. “Explains the wardrobe.” Seraphina’s smile softened. “It’s my work. I brought some pieces for Tanisha. Maybe I’ll show them later.”
