The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

When cultivators in the hall heard this, they looked at each other in dismay, and their eyes were full of shock. They could already see it at this time. For Caspian and Master Eva Green, Caspian was the master and Master Eva Green was the servant. How could a Holy Land Realm have a servant of Heavenly Spirit Realm? This is really... Just like in the secular world, the servant of a small official was like a high-ranking official in the court, which was hard to believe. That younger sister's expression was exceptionally ugly at this moment because she had been taught a lesson by the horse-faced cultivator.

What happened to the original writer of this book? The new writer is a far cry from the first one in terms of style, creativity, dialogue and story telling. He has turned a once very arresting story into a very boring one. It is sad.

Lucevkin Dreams

He kissed my left palm while watching me with a smirk. I thought about his words momentarily. "No, I don't." I shook my head. "Servants aren't meant to have good lives. They are meant to serve their betters; if need be, they will be thrown away and replaced." I said firmly, "We are just some small cogs in the greater workings of a clock." That is going to be my reality. Someday, I'll be tossed out once I serve my purpose. I always wonder if that day is swiftly approaching.

The Mate for His Highness

The Mate for His Highness

A bed to sleep on and a place to do their chores. Well, all the chores if I had to say. There was no reason why any of us in the upper leadership roles of my pack should ever have to clean up around here. Not when we had certain staff to do the job for us. Even the ones in the Omega class had a place over the staff. In most packs, the Omegas were considered to be the low of the low. Well in my pack, the servant staff were the lowest and they served everybody.

The Alpha King’s Unwanted Mate

The Alpha King’s Unwanted Mate

"As expected. It simply means that your duty is anything you're told to do. Cleaning, scrubbing, cooking, washing, serving at the table. Anything at all. Normally the servants are divided into categories and you only handle tasks you've been assigned in that category. But that isn't the case for you. At any time, you can be called to do anything maybe because one of the servants is ill or unavailable or simply because your assistance is needed. Whatever the case, you must attend to your call immediately. "And if I'm already doing something?" She stared at me and I felt the need to explain further. "Are there any tasks more important than the others?" "No. They are of equal importance. Unless

he queried, visibly uncomfortable with my manner of speaking to the servant. “It’s called courtesy, Kayne. It’s about being respectful and acknowledging our shared humanity,” I explained patiently. “But we aren’t all the same,” he countered with a shrug. I was taken aback by his statement. “Excuse me?” “We aren’t all equal,” he reiterated, making his viewpoint clear. “We are, Kayne. What are you talking about?” I responded, even more bewildered. He cleared his throat, leaning forward to meet my gaze directly. “I need you to understand, Yvonne, that you’re not on the same level as those servants. You’re an alpha; they’re just minors.”

The werewolf spell, the gateway to hell

The werewolf spell, the gateway to hell

This meant the household of this council member would be the highest household in that city, and that meant members of this household would be the highest ranked household members in that city. Each city altogether has about at least a hundred households, each having at least five members each. Every household was ranked from the highest to the lowest. The concept of ranking and whatnot was a bit confusing but it was something I would be getting back to later, so I turned the pages onto the next topic. Slaves as the lowest household members in each city. Slaves or servants, which I honestly liked to call them in my head, were actually the lowest household in each city. I tried to remember wh

Last Man Standing

That was why he had the guts to confront the Shadow Sect. "Just you?" the Judge sneered, eyeing him with contempt. "No offense, but you're just a lowly Supervisor. You're way out of your league!" "Forget you. Even if your boss, the Governor, or the big shot Domain Master showed up, they wouldn't cut it either!" The Imperial Order's hierarchy was clear-cut: the Hall Master at the top, ruling over everything, with five Domain Masters below him, each in charge of a massive global region. Governors fell under Domain Masters, each governing a city-state. Supervisors like him were responsible for keeping Executors and Officers in line.

Ivan spats. “That is only applicable when a Duke has a ruler above him,” Dmitri points out. He holds out his fingers to count the hierarchy. “The Emperor is on the top, followed by the Empress and the Crown Prince,” he states. “Then comes the state appointed Duke or Prime Minister followed by all the ministers. Then comes the Head of all Knights. Under him are the regional Alphas and then their packs. By custom, a Duke should bow down to the Royal Family ruling his kingdom.”

THE PROTÉGÉ

THE PROTÉGÉ

What was said at the spur of the moment turned out to be exactly what she was looking for? Her previous comment about the vampires' servants being useless came back to me. She must've expected something out of the ordinary when she became interested in them. And then got rid of them when she didn't find what she was looking for. Vampires' servants are either tools for their lord's or future recruits. But just like Protégés, it has to be consensual. They are not servants in the way humans view servants. Meaning that they signified something for their lords. They share some kind of a symbiotic relationship. They are not useless.
