Shadowbound Flame

Shadowbound Flame

Her vision blurred, black tendrils snaking from her fingertips, lashing outward. “Stay with me,” Malick called, rushing forward, but she swung a hand instinctively. The force slammed him into a tree, and he grunted, barely keeping his footing. “I… I can’t!” she screamed, panic twisting in her chest. The shadows roared like living things, responding to her fear and rage. Branches snapped. Leaves burst into black smoke. Small forest creatures screeched and scattered — or didn’t. A sudden, violent pulse of magic sent a flock of birds tumbling from the trees, and a nearby fox yelped, its body crumpling to the ground.

FIRE & ICE

FIRE & ICE

The lights outside had softened into a dusky lavender, and guests formed a quiet line to take turns placing gifts and handwritten letters into the cradle. There were knitted blankets in soft pastels. Tiny booties embroidered with elephants. A framed sonogram turned into digital art by one of Danelle’s friends. A custom bilingual storybook—written in both Hindi and English—called "The Lioness and Her Cub," gifted by Anushka’s from the colony. One aunt offered a silver rattle said to be blessed by a temple priest in Chennai. There were little onesies, too—one read “Born to Rule the Boardroom” and another “Mommy’s Favorite Project.”

Apocalypse Elements Book One: Fire

Apocalypse Elements Book One: Fire

I had to accept that I’m meant to do great things, be the outstanding leader they all were waiting for, the bigger picture Finn was talking about that day. Suddenly there were flames dancing in front of my eyes, beautiful red, yellow and orange colors intertwining with each other. The flames grew, they got bigger, and they engulfed my entire body. I felt them caressing me, giving me their warmth without burning me, as they burned brighter and brighter until it forced me to close my eyes. There he was, majestic in all his glory, surrounded by the most gorgeous fire I have ever seen, the phoenix from the painting. He got closer. He was mere inches away from me.

I like your idea for a story. I would love to read this book and find out what you have prepared for the readers. End of the world stuff are from my favorites, but there aren't many books with this motive ;)

This story really ticked my curiosity. I keep on predicting what would happen next. Can't wait to know more about Kalama and the choices that she would make? This story is worth your time. Good Job, author! ?

W.I.L.D.

W.I.L.D.

The air was thick with spice, woodsmoke, and joy. After months of training, blood, and the heavy weight of shadows, the Blood Moon lands pulsed with life again. Lanterns bobbed in the night breeze like captured stars, strung between towering pines. Wolves moved through the clearing, laughter rising above the booming rhythm of the drums. Phoenixes had lit towering pyres that shimmered in hues of crimson, gold, and blue, each spark curling into the night sky like dancing fire spirits. The witches had woven enchantments into the bonfires, sending harmless embers that floated into the air and hung suspended like fireflies, glowing softly before fading into the dark.

THE FORSAKEN LUNA; Moonfire Reborn

THE FORSAKEN LUNA; Moonfire Reborn

Surprisingly tidy, the cottage looked as though its owners had just taken a quick break. A shabby armchair by the fireplace had a plain wool blanket folded neatly over its back. Selene placed the satchel on the table and pulled out a chair. She took out the Book of Dark Shadows with steady hands. Under her fingertips, the leather cover felt ancient and chilly. As she opened it, the old pages turned with a whisper and her chest constricted. Every word she read made her heart pound in her ears. She found the chapter on ancient pacts and rituals she was looking for by skimming the table of contents and tracing the titles with her finger.

Wolf Tales

Wolf Tales

Surely there couldn't be two books with the exact same title. How many times she'd been told that the legendary book had disappeared some generations back. That book - or the book, as they always emphasized it - was rumored to hold all the details of their pack history, all the genealogy charts of the genealogy and history of her pack. She was well aware it had been lost for years until hints of its reappearance popped up. It was all too much of a coincidence - the mention of this town, Calderwood, and the presence of the author of Wolf in that place, were like beacons leading her on her search. Not to mention the reference to the book.

Fire and Ice (The alliance Book 1)

Fire and Ice (The alliance Book 1)

I was late morning when Tristan entered the room pulling my head of the book, I looked at him in slight amazement. “We have the conference call in twenty minutes.” He greeted stepping into the room as I looked up. “What?” He asked and I held up the book. “Tristan, this book.” I stated not really knowing how to explain it. “It’s a novel, just a story that I found in the library, but it’s based on a family of werewolves, the two daughters, twins, were born with a special gift, they could produce fire and ice.” I uttered and watched as his brows rose. “They later became joint alphas of the their pack. Do you think this could be the story of the alpha twins that we were looking for?”

you know it's really disheartening to purchase the chapters of a book and find it's not finished and has not had an update in months. I believe that as customers, we should be reimbursed if the author is no longer going to update the story and finish it. I am very disappointed.
Amy Glinski
Loving this story! Lots of twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat. The author did have some issues updating for a month or so, but we all have IRL issues. Glad she is back! Can’t wait to see where she will lead us next!

The Wolf's Call (Book 1)

The Wolf's Call (Book 1)

“And how, exactly, do you know these specialized methods of dream infiltration, Elf?” Xander shrugs carelessly, flashing that lazy, confident grin of his. “I’m incredibly well-read, Wolf. I spent a few decades loitering around the Citadel library in the elven kingdom. You’d be genuinely surprised what forgotten texts and specialized grimoires people leave lying around in libraries of infinite wisdom.” I roll my eyes at his display of arrogance, but I don’t miss the sharp, silent warning look Valen shoots his way. “Alright, enough of this pointless banter. We are burning valuable moonlight,” Valen says curtly, turning his focus back to me. “We should attempt this immediately, before the night
