I blurted and the way Shaun turned to look at me, I was certain he was confused. "For what?” "This is so wrong. I have an undivorced husband” I added, but he still had a confused look on his face. "It's a sin for a woman to cheat on her husband,” I said and that caused Shaun to scoff. “I don't know how this works, but isn't it a sin for a husband to lay his hand on his wife. Not just a sin but a crime” "That's different” "You are trying to say that for a woman to be happy is a sin?” he asked and I broke into tears.

The cosmic forces—the Light and the Darkness—interwove, shaping our world.” he explained. I listened intently, my mind racing. The story was ancient, steeped in secrets and half-truths. Uncle Lucifer’s eyes held centuries of memories as he continued. “The prophecy spoke of Dragons engraved into the Earth’s being that were tied to the Seven Sins and Holy Virtues.” Uncle Lucifer said,

There was nothing rational about that. “Tell me. Why do they think that I am this pure heart? My heart is far from it.” “Not pure in a literal sense. It just means that you’re not tainted by hate, jealousy, or lust. The seven deadly sins. I told you it’s a lot to explain.” Penny tilted her head to the side, watching him as he ran his hand through his thick, dark hair. “And you don’t want to explain it to me. Why?”

he didn't seem fazed by the topic or uncomfortable but I knew deep down he was itching for this conversation to end. "Well that clears some stuff up, at least we know the wrath I feel toward Lucifer can be justified by what I am. Then you have the undeniable pride that I've displayed over the years. I guess all I need to do is add greed, gluttony, envy, and laziness to the list and I'd be the poster boy for the seven sins." "You're only half demon, Zion." "So I only experience half the amount of the deadly sins. You do realize how ridiculous that sounds?" I quizzed with a quirked brow.

The man with her does not want to see tears in her eyes for someone else. He envied Leonardo, another sin. And if she comes to count, she realizes that the man is one sinner. Pride for his mind, thinking, cleverness and wrong deeds. Greed for Alessandra’s care, love and affection. Lust for her body. Envy for the whole damn world because it is better than him for Alessandra. Gluttony for punishments, pain, sufferings, cries and begging. Wrath because of mistakes, lies and wrong words which he despises the most and lastly sloth, his lack of empathy and sympathy. He does not put effort into understanding others’ pain and feelings. He just thinks about himself and does not get aroused or happy b

How I feel when I look at him is likely how everyone feels. "He's Lust,” Cian mutters drily. "How much of your personality is actually based off...You know that?" I shift uncomfortably on the couch, preparing myself for his answer. If he truly is the epitome of greed, then I should be terrified, although I’m aware that if he admits he is, it’s not going to change anything. There were some that even proclaimed; how weak the seven were that they choose to rule hand in hand, if it where them they would have ruled the underworld alone and unchallenged. But the funny part was that many of those hot blooded talents didn't even manage to live long as just as they shine for a moment they were either openly killed or assassinated by the veterans mafias that experienced the era of the seven sins as they are still fearful and making sure that another such era never appear again. They don't dare confront the seven brothers but it does not mean they can't take care of weaker threats before they could grow.

But you are part of the Seven Virtues.” Not many people know of the Seven Sins or the Seven Virtues. They keep to themselves, but their existence is the reason why mortals are the way they are. There names are something I’m not familiar with, which I am grateful for. The Sins, at least, are the most frightful of the few. The Virtues, I don’t mind so much.
