Seven Years to Ash
The car slammed into me, sending me flying several meters.
Agonizing pain surged through my body. It felt as if my organs were bursting apart, my eyelids growing heavier and heavier.
"Ash!"
Before losing consciousness, I saw Nina shouting my name, her face deathly pale as she stumbled toward me.
I thought I was done for, but when I opened my eyes, I found myself in a hospital.
Nina was sitting by my bed. Hearing movement, she turned to look at me.
"You are awake? You almost scared me to death, you know? You were unconscious for six days! The car was right there. Didn't you know how to dodge? How are you still so stupid?"
