Academy Of Cursed Hearts

Academy Of Cursed Hearts

Veyra’s skin glowed like polished steel. They were ready. And then he came. The Shadow. A figure in a black hoodie, standing at the edge of the circle, he stood there like a ghost. Morwen turned. “You’re late.” The Shadow didn’t move. Then he spoke. “I’m done.” My heart jumped immediately. That voice. It was familiar, very familiar but a bit too deep and Twisted. “I’ve played my part,” the Shadow said. “Dropped notes. Stole hair. fed you with all the information you needed and even threatened her.But she’s not breaking at all. Instead she’s hardening. And I’m tired of pretending to hate her.”

The Blind Bandit (#4 The Southern Werewolves Pack Series)

"Shadow was one of those shapeshifters." Clavier stopped moving. It had been a while since he last heard that name. He thought he wouldn't hear that name anymore. It had been two decades since someone mentioned the name in Clavier's presence. The only one who knew about his past would be Stefano, aside from Stefano's father. Other than that, Clavier never mentioned his past to anyone. "It must be an impostor," Clavier said, brushing it off. "Shadow never leaves the third realm, not since he became the head of the assassin clan."

SUPREME GHOST WEREWOLF

SUPREME GHOST WEREWOLF

The Heart of Shadows pulsed with an even stronger light, casting eerie shadows across their faces. "Your final trial begins now," the elder said, his voice echoing through the cave. "You must confront the shadows of your past and prove that you are worthy of the power you seek." As the trial began, the shadows around them began to take shape, forming into figures from their pasts. Alex saw her mother, her face etched with pain and sorrow. Kai saw his father, a stern and imposing figure. The others saw their own demons, the memories that had haunted them for so long.

The Eclipse of Eternity

The Eclipse of Eternity

Chapter 23: Shadows of the Past In the midst of the seemingly tranquil days, shadows of the past stirred, casting doubt on the fragile equilibrium Adrian and Seraphina had fought so hard to establish. A series of ominous events unfolded, revealing that the scars of history were not easily healed. One moonlit night, as the hybrid child looked out over the peaceful alliance from the highest point of the werewolf territory, a mysterious figure emerged from the shadows. The silhouette bore an uncanny resemblance to a long-lost enemy—an ancient vampire who had once sought to annihilate the werewolf clan.

In Her Shadow

In Her Shadow

My workplace knew all about the skeletons in my closet and kept a tight lid on any info about me. To keep my parents from tracking me down, they had spun a yarn about me skipping the country after getting my master's. My parents finally stopped chasing ghosts. They needed cash and had debts to clear, so they hit the pavement looking for any work. However, the past scandal had left a lasting impact, and their rap sheets did not do them any favors. No one would touch them with a ten-foot pole. Before long, on the streets of the town I once called home, an old couple scraped by, living off what they could salvage from the trash.

His Shadowed Desires

His Shadowed Desires

The door to Marcus Wayne’s private room creaked open, and I stepped inside hesitantly. My heels clicked against the hardwood floor, a sound that felt deafening in the suffocating silence. The dim light cast long shadows across the elegant yet eerie room, with its heavy drapes and dark leather furniture. Every instinct screamed at me to turn around, to walk out of this mess, but I couldn’t. My boss’s warning echoed in my mind. "A favor for a favor is how things are run," he’d said, his tone leaving no room for argument.

Shadows of the Lost

Shadows of the Lost

“Don’t you think it’s a bit odd? For someone who’s able to influence dimension, he wasn’t a key-figure of the war a hundred of years ago. On top of that, he’s still alive even at this moment; he must be pretty old.” Z gulped. She knew very well what happened in the past, but she’s wary of thinking about those things. Let history remain as it was and let the past rot as they would because he had no time to wallow in her deepest regrets and to question her decisions back in the days. She knew she did it because it was the right to do, at least back then. A loud neigh of two Shornes alerted the Shadowests. They looked at each other with wide eyes. Without saying anything, they sprinted back to

The world building is well-crafted and just by the narration na hindi gumagamit ng deep english words, it really brings the reader in the world of the mc. Prologue pa lang, one can tell the mc is someone strong-headed and even though she lost her memories, that characteristic didn't change.

honestly, I'm not a fan of fantasy but Z's character is just damn! I'm imagining her like a goddess. Also, I'm very amaze on how the story is being written. Can I have your intelligence? You're too great, I swear! Reading this story is a must! Looking for someone named George now HAHAHA

In the Shadow of Lies

In the Shadow of Lies

Without looking back, I vanished into the snow. Andrew stood in the snow, staring in the direction I had gone. His hoarse voice drifted through the wind. "You won't abandon me, Eleanor." A month later, at a bar in Glaciercrest Pack, I sat by the window, sipping coffee as I admired the snowy landscape outside. The murmurs of travelers around me reached my ears. "Did you hear? Darkmoon Pack’s strongest warrior confessed to murdering his ex-father-in-law and was sentenced today." My fingers froze around my coffee cup.
