There are too many inconsistencies in storyline. Fir example, Emily is to proven guilty at the same time proven innocent by Chloe and her team. Max is the culprit then Max is helping Emily. Lucas is Emily brother, then Lucas is prosecuting Emily. It's really difficult to follow the story.

It could be a good story, but it is translated very poorly. Many phrases make no sense at all, and it’s too difficult to try to understand what is meant. I hope the author considers using a better translator, in future.

Shattered Vows

Shattered Vows

Chapter 97 – The Book She Wrote The house was quiet again, but this time it was the kind of quiet that hummed with purpose. The kind of quiet that filled the room with possibilities rather than emptiness. I sat at my desk, pen in hand, notebook open, staring at the blank page for a long time before writing the first words. “Shattered Vows,” I whispered to myself. The title alone made my chest tighten, a reminder of everything I had lived through—the love, the lies, the heartbreak, the forgiveness, and the slow, painstaking rebuilding of myself.

Contract Marriage To The Alpha King

Contract Marriage To The Alpha King

It was a testament, a dark monument to my shattered innocence, to his brutal power. My fingers clutched the edge of the blanket so tightly they went numb, the fabric crushed and twisted in my grasp, and all I could think—over and over, a relentless mantra of despair—was that nothing would ever be the same again. That I would never be the same again. The person I was before last night was gone, irrevocably broken.

Academy Of Cursed Hearts

Academy Of Cursed Hearts

If I remembered them truly,if I held every scar, every fear, every laugh, they could walk again beside me. The power settled into my marrow like a second heartbeat. And then, the book crumbled. It just… dissolved. One moment it was there, the next, only a pile of fine gray ash on my desk. I tried to stand. My legs gave out. The world tilted. Darkness rushed in at the edges of my vision. I collapsed to the floor, my head striking wood with a dull thud. The last thing I felt was warmth spreading through my chest in completion. Then, nothing.

Echos of Ruin

Echos of Ruin

And even now, as I stand in the quiet aftermath once again — another husband gone, another chapter ended — I remind myself of one thing: I’ve lost everything before. And I still found a way to rise. And so, before the storm — before heartbreak, loss, and the long road that would shape the rest of my life — there was light. There was laughter echoing down dirt roads, Sunday dinners that stretched late into the night, and the kind of childhood that wrapped around you like a warm blanket. Before the pain, there was peace. Before the scars, there was innocence. This is where my story truly begins.

SHATTERED CROWNS

SHATTERED CROWNS

The tabloids called her untouchable. None of them called her Aria. She slipped her phone into her bag and looked through the window at the skyline. Manhattan was lit up like it was showing off, all those towers stacked against the darkening sky, and she felt something twist in her gut, not fear, not sadness, something sharper than both. She’d left this city on her knees, soaking wet, with nothing. She was coming back in a sixty-million-dollar aircraft wearing custom couture. Funny how revenge reshapes a person.

Hybrid Warrior - A Survivor's Story

Hybrid Warrior - A Survivor's Story

that was once a crown and was now, in my mind, a shattered thing. The contradiction was a jagged pill to swallow. The world I grew up in demanded virginity as the only metric of value, yet that choice had been violently stripped from me. I had been raped repeatedly, my body treated like a resource rather than a temple, yet I still carried the crushing guilt of "lost" innocence - as if I were the one who had failed. In this soft, romantic moment, I felt like a pretender, waiting for Tad to realize that the "treasure" he thought he was courting had been stolen and discarded long ago.

My Innocence, His Destruction

My Innocence, His Destruction

Shivers ran down her spine. Her body shivered. Cold washed off her. Her knees weakened. “ Why? Why?” She snapped her head to Caleb. “ Why? Why would you lie about something like this, I never did anything wrong to you!” She shouted bitterly, anger blazing through her eyes. Caleb turned away, fist clenching hard against his thighs as his eyes flicked to the prince and Maribel. “ Tell them the truth! Tell them I'm innocent!” “ Shut up!” The prince’s voice thundered. “ I think I've given you enough grace, but you're just a disgusting maggot who's not ready to admit to her sins. Here's my sentence…”

When Innocence Burns

When Innocence Burns

“No whispers of dirt on the girl. There’s no ties to the family business, no skeletons. Pure enough to break Dominic without him seeing it coming.” “Good,” I murmured, the scotch burning a slow path down my throat as I continued to watch her. The way her lips parted slightly in quiet conversation with Treyvan, that innocence a blade I could twist just right. “Keep her that way for now. The cleaner she stays, the sweeter she'll shatter when I pull her in.” My grip tightened on the glass, the ice shifting with a faint crack, mirroring the fracture I planned for her world. The one I'd etch into her skin. The way her lips curved in a polite smile at some donor's droning joke, oblivious to the vi

Shattered Vows: A Second Chance at Revenge

Shattered Vows: A Second Chance at Revenge

The Price of Defiance I made it to my bedroom before my legs gave out. My hands shook as I locked the door, pressing my back against the wood. The bravado drained from my body like water through a sieve, leaving behind the trembling, terrified girl I actually was. What had I done? Downstairs, voices erupted—my father's rage, my mother's tears, Victoria Ashford's cutting accusations. And beneath it all, Richard's voice, calm and controlled, like a predator deciding whether to pounce now or wait.
