Alpha Ryu
Each breath I took felt like inhaling grief itself, thick and cloying, wrapping around my lungs like chains.
The walls were jagged stone, carved not to hold prisoners, but to break them—psychologically, physically, spiritually. I could hear the groans of others in nearby cells, broken men and women reduced to whispers and silence.
The shackles around my wrists were soaked in my own blood where the iron had chewed through skin. My muscles screamed with each movement, yet I clenched my teeth and sat upright, refusing to give my captors the satisfaction of seeing me crumble.
I am Ryu, Alpha of the Deadly Fang Pack. I had led wolves into victory against the wildest odds.
