She clung to Sharon's arm with familiarity, her cheeks still carrying a hint of baby fat, giving her an air of innocence and warmth. Subtly, Sharon slipped her arm free. "Do you need something, Tina?" Tina blinked rapidly, her gaze full of admiration. "I've heard so many stories about you, Sharon. You're my idol—just as amazing as Aunt Shayla!"

He beamed. “Thank God though,” I replied. My statement isn’t intended to hurt his feelings.
