This shot punches through one of Pink Bunny’s plastic eyes, shattering it, and the furry flops backward, gun clattering to the pavement. Angry Fox spins and yanks the trigger of his rifle, so violently that the barrel jerks up and the first burst clatters over the Mountain’s head. Big Jim pivots on his heel and fires three times at Angry Fox, but the shots sing wide, cracking the rear window of a mini-car.

She didn't shoot from disorder. One hazel eye remained focused on the scope of the soulless hunk of man-made metal. Russian metal. The SVDM rifle was without soul, but it also took hostage a part of one's own soul each time it was used. Incendiary rounds left no room for emotion. This was going to hurt. If you even felt it at all.

Hot… “If you keep looking at me like that, you’ll end up panting like me.” My cheeks flushed hotly. The dim mood lights around the mini fortress stretched our shadows behind us as we approached, his good shoulder over mine as I supported him toward the house. He tried very hard not to put his weight on me. And as I marveled at how considerate it made him look, the front door opened. And a young man stepped out. He was holding a shotgun. My blood froze as he lifted the muzzle to us… And pulled the trigger.

He shifted his body so that the darts would not penetrate his fur and paralyze him for the taking. The wolves were howling. Their snarls can be heard through the darkened wolves as the grey eyes glitter against the dark shadows. The poachers were holding their handguns in place as their leader was directing them to distract the coming wolves as they tried to get the black wolf out of the trap.

Vito POV The gunpowder scent still clung to the air, sharp and metallic. In the immediate aftermath of a gunshot, there is a very specific kind of silence—a split second where everyone forgets how to breathe—before the screaming and the chaos erupt. I sat perfectly still in my wheelchair. To anyone watching, I was the same broken man they always saw: the blind, paralyzed head of the Romano family, a lion with pulled teeth. But beneath the blanket draped over my useless legs, my hand was steady on the cold grip of the weapon I had just fired.

T​his was heavy metal. Pump-action shotguns with w​oo‍d⁠en stocks wo⁠rn‍ smooth by han‍ds long dead. Rev‍olvers that looked like​ cannons. Even a few s⁠ubmac⁠hine g‌un⁠s tha‍t belonge‌d in a history museum.

The road is a bit forested to look at. I gulp. Nothing else enters my mind but wrong turn the movie that Arthur, Josh and I watched back then. I just watched the sex scenes in the movie but I still see the scenes where people are getting killed then their flesh are eaten. Terrible. I haven't eaten for a few days because of that. Fuck to Josh and Arthur. They said we were watching bold then the wrong turn was shown on the screen. I clung to Miggy's arm in no time. He turns his gaze to look at me and when he saw the fear drew in my face, he laughs.

◇DON POV◇ I was angry on myself for shouting on her I don't know why I'm becoming like this I was never interested to hurt her but ended up scaring her twice I can see the fear in her eyes clearly I always wished those eyes to look at me with care but today I made those eyes to look at me with fear she is the only one who is not scared of me she treats me like I'm normal not unlike others who thinks of me as a beast but what I did I behaved like a beast
