“Klein you…” My voice catches in my throat as I attempt to speak again. When he realizes that I have no response to his question, he gives me a reproachful head shake, while sighing like I absolutely exasperate him and says: “I didn’t think so. You can think whatever you want about what’s going on between Jasmine and I. I don’t care.” ... Our marriage was a business alliance.
