She’s pale. Wide-eyed. Frozen. Pasha notices, too, and soon the whole table follows her shocked stare to see what—or who—has her so spooked. The man casually approaching us with a devastatingly handsome smile on his face is the literal definition of “silver fox.” Tall, well-built for his age, with streaks of dark hair ribboning through the elegant silver. It matches the flawless beard and practically-glowing gray eyes. And he’s staring at Asya like she hung the moon and stars.

I dyed it black myself.” She revealed, slowly.

I hissed back, watching the man’s pitch-black eyes narrow angrily at me. “Is that a threat? Michael Gotham?” Wolverine Silver whispered so quietly that I almost wasn't sure he had spoken. Icy shards of glass slithered down my back to freeze over at the base of my spine. Of all the wolves at the table, it was Wolverine Silver I was most worried about. He had gotten his name because he was somehow immune to silver. Wolverine was a shredded beast on the battle field who could withstand silver attacks even better than us Alphas. We needed him on our side.

Mr Jones Vones had now gone full wolf as his yellow eyes stared at Damian. Full wolf was a powerful skill. It required the most mastered werewolf to gain. Hybrid wolves usually never got to that skill, nor did they ever achieve it. It was really hard to achieve but here, Mr Jones Vones had achieved it in barely weeks of turning wolf.
