The sixth dawn since the truce broke silver across the Ridge. Frost glistened on pine needles, and breath rose in quiet clouds from the nostrils of riders moving in pairs-Ridge and Luna, russet and silver side by side down narrow trails between ancient trees. Their bannered cloaks hung low, dulled by mud and wear, but their pace was steady. The forest watched in hush.

I looked at him shocked, no wonder they were all shocked. “I saw her wolf in a book before. She looks exactly like the wolf,” Jared said. “What book?” Silver asked. “I once saw a book in the library. The name of the book was white Wolf. I remember thinking it was some made-up story, but I guess I was wrong,” he said. Things are becoming even more confusing now. “Can you look for the book while she gets ready for the challenge?” Silver asked. “Yes, sure,” he replied, standing up. He left the dining room with his mate running after him. Silver stood up, taking me along with him.

He wasn’t aware of Your Silver’s real gender and even if he did, I bet he was after a rogue being tamed. Chris smiled for the first time since he raised the topic. “Then, I am insisting.” He looked at the rest of us in the room. Ray sat up, having a troubled feature. “I refuse…” “Why?” Chris hurriedly ask. “Your Silver is the only silver wolf in the whole land. What about the prophecy?” “Damn that prophecy, Ray. Your Silver is the evil in that prophecy not it’s savior!” Chris retorted. “You never see greatness till you lose it, that’s your problem!” He shouted.

POV: Silver Colt Darkness consumed me first, thick and unyielding. One moment I was on the cold forest floor, tasting the metallic sting of blood, hearing Lesiana’s laughter echo in my ears; the next, all sensation vanished. I could feel nothing—no pain, no fear, no heartbeat—but a part of me clung desperately to the fragile thread of consciousness that remained. “Silver…” The voice was distant, melodic, commanding. It was not Lesiana’s mocking tone, not Amelia’s silky deceit. It resonated deep within me, vibrating against the walls of a soul that had just begun to understand its own fragility.

Silver didn’t need to ask what it was—she had always felt it. She remembered the night she was born, the sky illuminated by a moon that had turned completely silver, casting the forest in an ethereal glow. Her parents, exhausted and elated, had held her close, their faces pale with awe. Even in her infancy, Silver had felt that the moon’s glow had left something inside her—something that pulsed quietly, waiting for the right moment to awaken.

And then, I found three different books, one was pitch color, another was burnt orange, and the last one was pure silver. I stared at the three books on the desk affectionately. If I had the time, I would have picked the three up by reading them all, but I must return back to my room before Talon’s arrival if I was not ready to witness his wrath again. My eyes shunned on the pure silver book. It looked extraordinary and unique. There was something attractive about it—maybe the color or the context. As I picked up the silver book, a chill ran down my spine. The pages were filled with cryptic messages and eerie illustrations. But one passage in particular caught my attention.

The book began to float in the air to the giant table. "Can't you use your spell to reach them or pick the right one?" Silver asked, watching her with excitement. "Would that!" She exhaled heavily, grabbing the book randomly. After several hours, it was almost dark out, "I'd be glad if you come tomorrow," Elizabeth asked. "I'd be one saying so." I didn't want to use thank you. "Thank Lord. You didn't say 'Thank You' " Silver said with disgust, she was looking tired. Indeed, we all were feeling tired.

Silver starts convulsing and gold held him immediately saying some incantation “ la ma la ma la cu, la ma la ma la ca, la ma la ma la cin” Silver jolts up immediately and hugged Gold “ what happened” gold asked worried “ they saw me, he saw my shadow” “He can’t do anything to you” he’s still weak.” Silver took a deep breath as he rested on gold shoulder. ………………………………………………………………………….. Sophia was walking at the castle corridor when Jane walked up to her “ Sophia how are you and how is school, James tells me you love acting, I have prepared a group of ware wolf who are good in acting, would you love to watch them, they are showcasing tonight”

The shadow tried to dissolve into mist, its body turning into a fluid ribbon of smoke as the steel approached. But Laila’s silver fire wasn't the regular light of the Silverbacks. It was the integrated frequency of the True Moon. The sapphire fire didn't pass through the smoke; it pulled it inward, the suction force of her essence locking the shadow into its physical form like a fly trapped in amber.
