Steve growled louder, baring his sharp teeth. Simon looked into his eyes and knew he had no chance. With a low hissing , Simon turned and leapt into the air, using what little strength he had left to fly away into the night sky.

“Now let’s eat fast so we can both get going.” She ate, trying to get rid of the sour thought in her brain. She would probably have the amount of money for five taxi rides. Only if Sima hadn’t gave her a hundred bucks before leaving. She was truly an amazing friend. Carmen couldn’t think how her life would be even worse without her. She stared at her brother again and smiled, thinking of another surprise of him. “Simba is coming back four days later. What if we go to her house and surprise her! Don’t you miss Holly and Evan?”
