My father was the alpha of Black shadow pack, he made a promise to Curtis’ father Eric 20 years ago that he’s gonna marry his daughter to Curtis when they both turned 18 for Eric had saved his life once. And my older sister Jenny just turned 18 a month ago and she was supposed to fulfill my father’s promise. She ran away from home and we just found out that this morning. But someone had to show up at the wedding so that’s why I was here now.

I gave him a small smile of thanks and followed Lari out, and we headed down the street to our parent’s home. Everyone we passed gave Lari a small bow of respect, and she was so used to it by now she just kept on chatting about how excited Mom and Dad were going to be. I couldn’t help but smile as my sister is the Luna of one of the two biggest packs in North America. And now I am the Gamma female of the pack. I will need to ask about my duties as such. I heard one of them is I am Gamma to the Luna, which happens to be my sister. I have no problem with that job.
