The Alpha Who Rejected Me

The Alpha Who Rejected Me

The peaceful field suddenly changed and Aria saw blood, fire, dead wolves and burning territories. A massive shadow spreading across the north and at the center of it stood a familiar object. A black book. Its pages moving by themselves and it's presence radiating evil. Aria's eyes widened. "The Dark Grimoire..." The vision vanished immediately as the Moon Goddess looked back at her. "The future is never fixed." Then she smiled again. "But your journey has only begun." The world around Aria shattered into silver light. And suddenly— She was back in the arena before the Moon Stone and back before thousands of stunned wolves.

Black Bound

the leader of their council said. There was so much hatred in the way he spoke to me, and I wondered what he was talking about. "What did you find out?" I asked him. " You possessed a dark lunar magic and this has brought about some kind of darkness to our pack, we do not accept that kind of magic here and anyone who brings such to us will be punished" he said. It sounded like some lame joke, I am never with such kind of magic, what has this got to do with me?

Auctioned Bride Of The Cursed Alpha

Auctioned Bride Of The Cursed Alpha

I punched three more times before it broke through. “There it is.” My eyes darkened with satisfaction. I grabbed the panel and slid it open. Inside were only two books. An ancient-looking tome, and a thick grimoire. I picked both up and quickly unlatched them before flipping through the pages with growing anticipation. Unlike the others, none of the pages were torn. I heaved a sigh of relief while a faint smile tugged at my lips. “Now, let’s see what you are,” I whispered. I scanned the titles carefully. The grimoire was titled Makisteia. The tome beneath it was Malkara Lyk — Vael Sorcery and Curse of the Wolves respectively.

Raven - The runaway wolf

Raven - The runaway wolf

He informed me as he held it out for me to take. I delicately took it from him when I saw how old and fragile it looked, with the binding of it covered in dust. I stared at the cover which was a dark blue, and an engraved Golding band around the edge with a sketch of a black wolf in the middle. Just above the wolf it said, ‘The sacred wolves of the night’. “Are there any books on the other breeds of wolves?”. I asked him curiously. “No, just that one, and if you give it a read, you’ll soon find out why”.

he points at her with his chin, expressionless, “didn't you want to join our group? There is the proof.” I swallow a bitter breath when I reach for it and study it, without a doubt it is the same bracelet that the Zanni subjects had. “Why black?” “I really don't know.” He dives into the pages of his new book of the week and surprisingly it is not the one he read yesterday. Had I already finished it? For sure yes. His title was somewhat ironic; The Darkest Book of Cheap Poetry.

One bore the unmistakable crest of House Blackwood, and though my hand twitched toward it, I didn’t reach. It didn’t feel like mine to touch.

The Alpha's Rejected Mate

The Alpha's Rejected Mate

My own children, and my fiance. I kept pacing between the shelves, my eyes scanned every title and books. There had to be another way. There had to be something, anything that didn’t involve… him. And then, tucked away in a dark corner behind a pile of tattered scrolls, I found it. A small, black leather-bound book with crimson stitching, worn with age. “The Lost Remedies of Asterfell.” My pulse jumped. This was different. I opened it carefully, the pages brittle beneath my fingers. Dust filled the air, making me cough, but I barely noticed. My eyes darted over the faded, nearly illegible ink until I found a heading that made my heart skip:

Contract Marriage To The Alpha King

; Seer-Lira trailing ethereal, Caelum’s cousin veiled in silver gossamer, third-eye tattoo on forehead pulsing questing-white, blind-gaze piercing. Thorne halted thunderous, nostrils flaring storm-flame reek, voice gravel-roar: “Blackwood! This disturbance *reeks* of your whelp-spawn—rifts cracking *my* border holds like eggshells, shadows spilling wolf-blood! Surrender heirs *and* whatever anchor they’ve forged, or we invoke full council sanction—packs claim your university by rite!”

The Wedding Night Curse

The Wedding Night Curse

At the end, a rusted iron door bore the mark of three crescent moons and an inverted cross. He unlocked it with the brass key he’d worn around his neck since 1987. Inside, dust choked the air. Shelves held old scrolls, bones of heretical priests, and on a stone table, one object sat under a black shroud. Merrin lifted the cloth with care. A massive book lay beneath it—its cover made of human skin, still faintly warm. A symbol glowed faintly at its center. The Black Record. He opened the first page. Names of brides.

he said, “get the Heartstone.” Two Heartstones floated above the black vase he carried now, from Syrakai and the rogue pack, pulsing like stars caught between worlds. They glowed with raw, untamed energy. I felt their pain. They didn’t want to be taken. Xareth refused to let me near the Living Book after that. He kept it with him at all times, tightly guarded, as though afraid I might discover something, perhaps a truth buried in its endless pages. Of course he wouldn't risk it, he feared knowledge more than swords.
