Those two are at the right age, they know what they’re doing,” Honey scolded him. Robin pouted at her before turning to them again, “I just don’t get it. Why do you have to hurt each other when it’s obvious that you still like one another? That you still love each other. That’s just weird!” Jada can’t stand listening to Robin anymore, she stood up before he could speak again. “You’re drunk, Rob. Go to bed!” forcing a laugh as she heads to the kitchen.

He lunged and swiped at anyone who got too close, his claws leaving deep marks in the stone floor. “Hold the line!” one of the soldiers shouted to the others. “Don’t let him through!” Hana barked orders while deflecting a sudden charge from the beast. Her chest heaved with effort, sweat streaking her face. Despite her own fear, she refused to back down. “Are you fools blind?” Slade suddenly stepped forward from the shadows, his dark coat billowing slightly with his confident stride. It was time for him to play his manipulation cards and put an end to all these. To him, the throne was already his Ryker’s for the taking.

He was determined to make sure more witches died than werewolves. It was a pride thing. “Slade?” Slade turned his head and sniffed the air. It was Beta Brighton. “Is that you?” Beta Brighton asked. He was still a little delirious from his own personal ordeal. Brinsle stood, firmly fixed to his side. If she was afraid of Slade, she sure didn’t show it. Slade padded over to Beta Brighton and whimpered slightly. He bent his head down. Beta Brighton reached out and pet him.

His voice was gentle and coaxing, like explaining a simple concept to a child, yet every word was a precise needle stabbing into my heart. My mind went blank. He leaned in, nuzzling the crook of my neck, his breath hot against my skin.

Robin said his voice didn't carry the usual playfulness or deceptive nature. "Is that all you have to say?" Draven’s voice cut through their conversation; the room grew immediately quiet. Draven looked directly at Adrian, who tried his best not to look shaken. "Yes, that's all that's happened, uncle," he responded. Draven suddenly stood up as if he had heard enough and was preparing to leave. Adrian stood up right after; he also didn't want to stay another second in this damned house. "Leaving already? I feel so lonely." Robin pouted, he shook, and stood up after the two men as they all walked to the entrance of his building in silence.

"No, Robin, far from it. It's a marriage of convenience." The frown creased deeper on his face. "That won't be acceptable, Skye. An enemy from the crescents cannot and will not be a part of the blood moons," he said pertinaciously. Robin has been my companion for over thirteen years now since the death of my mother. He was my advisor and beta. He was more than a friend practically a brother. His hatred for the crescents had grown stronger ever since he lost his father in the battle that took place ten years ago.

Carter assured, he stood in front of them stopping Robin's men from attacking Sia and Kevin. "What's this? A lovey dovey soap opera? You guys take everything for a joke? I can't believe this. You are so stupid more than I expected you to be." Robin palmed his face displeased. Sia turned to him, "Surrender now Robin, it's too late for you. You are going to die if you don't give up!" Robin laughed hard falling on the floor, he looked at Sia again and laughed. Then he got up, finding everything funny.
