SIERRA I wake up to the sound of my roommate humming. I feel groggy as I sit up in my bed. The comforter gathers around my waist and I notice that I am still wearing yesterday's clothes. Slowly, the events come back to my mind and I remember falling asleep in Fenris's arms the last night. "Good Morning, girlie. How are you feeling?" asks Tatiana as she ties her hair in a ponytail.

Athena's POV I wake up with a splitting headache, but the soft embrace of my Egyptian cotton duvet covers makes it bearable. Turning to my side, I spot Cassian lying on top of the covers, deeply engrossed in his sketchbook. He’s drawing something, his brow furrowed in concentration. Suddenly, I’m acutely aware of myself—my makeup, the clothes I passed out in last night. I peek under the covers and realize I’m no longer in last night’s clothes; instead, I’m wearing a comfortable shirt from my closet. I’m still in my underwear, which means Cassian must have helped me change without taking advantage of me while I was out cold.

He bent down and gently stole a kiss on her cheek, then he quietly returned to his mattress on the floor. However, Fane did not realize that she was not asleep. Rather, she was closing her eyes and pretending to sleep. Selena’s heart pounded erratically after Fane kissed her, afraid that he would attempt to do something else. Thankfully, the man quickly withdrew. Selena had been drinking and soon enough, she slipped into actual sleep, feeling tired to the bones. Fane lay on the floor, reflecting on everything that had happened over the past few years. A swirl of emotions filled his chest.

Still hard. Still thick. But my eyes were already glued shut. "Can't,"I mumbled. "Done. Dead. Ask tomorrow." He sighed. "Fine. But I'm remembering this." I was already halfway asleep.
