I look down at her still form before moving my gaze to the two people sipping fine wine in old wine glasses. “Is she permanently dead or?” I ask, sitting down as well. Caitlyn crunches her nose at my insolence, but she does not say anything. Something I have learned with sound definition is that these two assholes are snobs in the words' most profound meaning. They think everyone, even their own children and extended family are beneath them, and they see all species other than witches and warlocks as weak and prey.
