Never Alone

Never Alone

Pain. Voices. Energy. The battlefield. Raven’s breath—sharp, strained. Lucian’s roar—fierce, burning. Kael’s voice—urgent, calculating. Ethan staggered as the connection slammed back into him—not balanced, not stabilized like before—but chaotic. Overlapping. Colliding. Too much. Far too much. The Shadow watched him with quiet satisfaction. “You needed isolation to stand,” it said. “So I gave you something better.” Another crack split the realm.

Taken by the Herd King

Taken by the Herd King

There’s a difference between loneliness and solitude. Solitude is chosen. Loneliness? That’s what settles in your bones when your boyfriend leaves you for someone with a smaller waistline and fewer opinions, and your manager fires you for being “too emotional with customers” after a woman screams at you over a tepid latte. Loneliness is the sound of your name not being called, day after day, by anyone who gives a damn. Today, loneliness comes with a red sticker on a plain white envelope.

Nailed: Men In Heat

Nailed: Men In Heat

Chapter 3 Testing Boundaries Keaton’s POV Solitary had a way of stripping a man down to the bones. No noise, no daylight, no distractions, just the hum of the fan in the vents, the sound of my own breathing, the endless echo of my thoughts. Most men broke in here. They begged to be put back into general population after two days, three at most. Me? I’d been in worse cages. The silence didn’t scare me, it just left me with too much time to think.

BLOOD CONTRACT : WINTER'S VOW

BLOOD CONTRACT : WINTER'S VOW

Through the walls, I could hear faint sounds of movement from Izzy's room, water running, drawers opening and closing, the small domestic noises of someone preparing for sleep. My wife. The thought still seemed surreal, disconnected from the reality of my existence. I had been alone for so long, my solitude both a shield and a weapon. Now that solitude had been breached, not by a partner of my choosing, but by a woman who was simultaneously my victim and my accomplice in a complex act of retribution.

The Exiled Luna

The Exiled Luna

He asked this as we walked the lower ridge trail on the morning rounds I had volunteered to join. I didn’t answer right away. Part of me did miss solitude. For so long, solitude had been my sanctuary. I didn’t know how to breathe around others without expecting a blade in my back. But Stormfang was different. Slowly and steadily, it was changing me. And maybe I was letting it. “I used to think solitude was strength,” I finally said. “Now I believe that knowing when to lean on others takes more strength.” Niko nodded, as if trying to remember my words.

REJECTED BILLIONAIRE'S HEIRESS

REJECTED BILLIONAIRE'S HEIRESS

MARK'S POV: In the stillness of the room, not a sound penetrated the air except for the faint reverberations of activity from beyond the prison walls. Within the confines of my small cell, I found both imprisonment and sanctuary. This solitary space became my haven, offering refuge from the turbulent world outside. In the embrace of this solitude, I frequently sought comfort, engaging in deep meditation to transcend the limitations imposed by my own thoughts and the unyielding barriers that defined my surroundings. As I shut my eyes, seeking a moment of tranquility, I was rudely snapped back to the present.

The OutCast Luna

The OutCast Luna

He regarded me with caution, his instincts rightly telling him that I posed no threat. “Who are you?” I asked, my voice barely louder than a whisper. “What happened here?” The lone wolf's gaze softened, his eyes reflecting the pain and sorrow that mirrored my own. He took a step closer, his voice laced with a weary exhaustion. “I am Solis,” he spoke, his voice carrying a weight of loss. “And I fear we have fallen victim to the Hunters.” My breath caught in my throat at the mention of the Hunters. Whispers of their merciless tactics had reached our lands before, tales of their insatiable desire to extinguish the light of our kind. I had never encountered us myself, but the devastation before

The Devil's Embrace

The Devil's Embrace

I was about to give up but, a moment later, he starts speaking, “The same reason as you I guess.” “And what’s my reason?” I raise an eyebrow. I don’t have any particular reason. So, how could he give one? But, he doesn’t hesitate to spat, “We find solace in being alone.” I lift a brow. It might be true but I don’t necessarily fond of being alone. There are no people in this world who want to be alone for the rest of their lives. I might be a lone wolf but, even then I do want to find somebody who I can connect with. Meanwhile, Cain doesn’t seem to want one. He deliberately ignores the rest of the world.

Eventhough there is some grammar errors and typo, overall I really love this novel!! The story is amazing and I like the author writing style. I also like how they describe things in the novel especially the settings 😍 I could really imagine how it looks like. Can’t wait for more updates!!

at first i thought it'll be the casual CEO-fell-in-love-with-his-employee story LOL. but i thought wrong. the storyline and the writing style here are very nice. the author really did a good job in creating the characters here. their background information is well explained and very detailed.

Walking Into a Solitary Future

Walking Into a Solitary Future

On the train to college registration, my heart gave a sharp, agonizing flutter. I leaned over the bunk and tapped the frame below me. "Mom, Dad, my heart hurts. Can you ask Julian to grab my medicine?" Thunder flashed outside, illuminating the compartment. The five other bunks were empty. I had been forgotten again. Ever since my younger sister, Lily Hayes, fell ill last year, I became an afterthought. “She needs all our attention,” they told me. “Stop competing for love.” So I ate alone, studied alone, and learned to keep my quiet during my worst heart episodes. Then came the next excuse, my grades were too good. Seeing my success would stress Lily to the point of breakdown. So

Rogue's Omega

Rogue's Omega

"The kidnapped children. He was looking for a host." "That's what the nullifying soldiers were for," Archer said quietly. "They were prototypes. Test runs for the modifications. Voss was practicing on them before he created the final version." "The Solitary is the finished product." Ilyra looked at me, and her gold eyes were haunted. "If Voss found a host, if he finished the project, the Solitary isn't just a threat to Moon-Wolves. It's a threat to everything. A wolf designed to need no one. To destroy everything. To prove that Voss's vision of purity is the only future."
