HIDDEN HOWL
Their spines were adorned with golden letters that glinted faintly in the soft light, as if they were guarding their secrets.
I took a cautious step inside, my shoes barely making a sound on the stone floor. The shelves stretched so high that I had to crane my neck to see the tops of them. The entire room was a sanctuary of knowledge, untouched by time, waiting to be explored. It was a place for the curious, for the seeker of stories, a treasure chest of forgotten words. My fingers itched to trace the spines of the books, to pull one from the shelf and lose myself in its pages.
