The Alpha's Ruby Obsession

The Alpha's Ruby Obsession

A smile crosses my lips as I imagine the kind of naughty and not-so-naughty things would get into to pass the time. The heat clawing up my skin makes me feel like giving myself to him, but even I know he might not be okay with me like this. I hate the guilt of disappointing him when I don’t recall the time we spent together and the moment we fell in love or, worse, some critical matters like what if he has allergies, and I almost kill him because I forgot them? Are those with amnesia permitted to date and get married without critical information? The nurse pushes the wheelchair toward the left path, and the sound of the water splashing from the fountain, coupled with the breeze carrying the

I love the work of Undercover Ostrich. She has a dark understanding of human nature that comes out in her characters. She puts a lot of thought, vulnerability, and passion in her stories. I look forward to her updates everyday! I love the bonus story. I wish it was another book so I can read more.

This book literally held me from starting to end it’s very well written, and the character growth is very there and real. If you have a thing for bad boys and a little obsessions for villains, then this is the book for you as a mom, I always turn to books to alleviate some of my stress, this was it.

He kissed me on the cheek and left. "Are you really okay? Why did you cry? That jerk did something right?" Peggy is still mad so I sighed deeply and took the courage to talk. "Can you three hear me out?" The three exchanged glances and nodded. "You know, before I entered high school, I had an accident. They said I was in a coma for 6 months. When I woke up, I can't remember what happened. My parents and my siblings didn't want to talk about it either. I can remember some of my memories before the accident but not all of them. I also forgot some of the people I have interacted with before. They said it's selective amnesia. The doctors said it was me who locked those memories. I tried so hard

I am a new author and found this gem. I'm really glad I found one like this. You can never tell what will happen on the next chapter. The revelations of each character will make you read the previous chapters again!

Crimson Moon

"Well well, make yourself at home. My husband isn't in town right now, but he will return today evening. He's a heavy worker... Feel free to come over any time that you like." She turned to leave and Dawn tailed her. Avoiding my eyes. Her face was still reddened. She waited until they were in the lobby before whispering. I wouldn't have been able to hear her if I wasn't impurified. "Mum... I think he has amnesia..." "Oh, my... Did he tell you that?" "Well, he said he can't really remember many things about himself." "Oh my. What a poor boy. Well people suffering from amnesia usually recover their memories with time. Showing them familiar objects might also act like a trigger."

Adam smiled, hoping to light up the mood and Ana also smiled as well. “It's okay. Please don't pressure yourself at all.” Ana held his hand and Adam sighed with a heavy heart. “I overheard what the psychologist said outside. She said I might not remember anything again. I'm just...an amnesiac zombie with nothing inside his head...” “No! Don't ever say such a thing, Adam.” Ana cupped his face and looked into his eyes. “You will remember everything. And at the right time too.” Ana then brought her face closer and this time Adam was prepared and the two shared a tender kiss.

SOLD TO THE ARROGANT BILLIONAIRE

I may have lost my memory, but I ain't deaf. I ignored him as he continued to examine me and give me a check-up. "Well, you are perfectly fine. It's just you have mild amnesia. You can't recall whatever memories you've lost. It's like your brain shut down those memories, and I'm not sure you can ever remember..." Markus said as I felt bad. Whatever I had with Tristan is gone forever.

My hand started to sweat for some reason. Lydia slowly removed Lyra's hands away from hers and walked near us. When we both were near. I told him to continue. "She had a short term memory loss and so this is the reason she can't remember you and." He paused. I looked at Lydia and she at me. "It's Amnesia in which people tend to lose memory for a short time. The causing factors could be nutritional deficiency, sleep deprivation, sometimes depression and side effects of medication." He explained. The tears forming at the corner of her eyes were proof of her suffering.

I slowed down without meaning to. "Hazel?" Blaine's voice, careful. "You okay?" "I don't know," I admitted, staring at the performer without really seeing him. "This song. It's doing something to me. I don't remember it but I feel like I have heard it somewhere before my amnesia.” "You don't know it," Blaine said, though something flickered across his face, gone too fast to name. "I know although…" I said. "It feels like I should." We stood there a moment longer, the performer's voice rising and falling with the melody, something raw and unpolished about it that struck deeper than skill ever could have. My eyes stung unexpectedly, tears rising for no reason I could explain.

The Art of Deception

"I tried to bury my feelings and move on, but it only made things worse. I started to experience amnesia, forgetting my painful memories until they came flooding back in unexpected ways." The host's eyes widened in shock, and she looked at me with a mixture of sadness and concern. "Amnesia?" she repeated. "That must have been incredibly difficult for you to deal with." I nodded, feeling a sense of sadness and regret. "It was," I said. "I would do things and say things without even realizing it. I would forget important events and conversations, and I would struggle to recall even the simplest memories. It was like my mind was trying to protect me from the pain, but it only made things worse.

THE ALPHA’S FAKE WIFE

But I was giving it my all, fixing what I didn’t destroy. I took a deep breath, remembering why I was doing all this—a cure. “I know you’re angry that I left you alone through your most difficult time. But I’m here now, trying my best to make things right.” A sharp thud punctuated my words as he snapped the book shut. His eyes, darker than the abyss. “It’s ironic, isn’t it?” His voice, cold and acidic. “I’m the one suffering from amnesia, yet you’re the one who seems to have forgotten what our relationship was like.”

The Mismatched Half

She said holding one part of her head. " I'm so sorry, Ma'am. " The nurse said in a sympathetic voice. "But why are you telling me all this?" He asked curiously. " Well, the doctors said that he might remember everything in a few days and that it might help a faster recovery, if I recreate the memories of his past." She said longingly. " That is true. Patients with amnesia usually recover when they see or hear things that are familiar because the mind never forgets, it's simply the connection that is lost." He said assuringly.

A very beautiful story of two people who complete each other irrespective of their flaws. I read this book 4 years back and I still remember every single bit of the story. I fell in love with the main characters and used to read it multiple times until the next update. I love this book a lot.
