As we were walking back to our room, Red suddenly ran into a girl who was wearing reading glasses. "I'm sorry," he apologized as we helped her collect her books. "It's all right," the woman said. She looked like someone who enjoyed studying, was petite, had two braids on each side of her shoulders, and wore thick reading glasses. Looking at her ID lace, I could tell she was a vampire. "We'll assist you in carrying these books." I smiled at her and reached for her books, but Red suddenly stopped me and asked the girl. "Are you one of our classmates?" Red asked with a sneer. I know Red is annoyed with our classmates, and the girl also feels Red's annoyance with her.

Something she could only imagine existed in books and movies. A pair of red eyes and two long fangs that stuck out of the mouth as though they were always meant to be there. Except there was no blood dripping from his mouth as always described in books. Yet, she was still scared senseless at the sight of a living, vampire right in front of her eyes. He moved closer to her again but this time, she was prepared and understood what he was. She lunged on her feet in fright and prepared to flee. But she had barely moved two steps when that figure appeared in front of her again.

It sounded like he was waiting for my next move. "Hm as I said, my name is Sophia, I imagine that you must know it since you are my wolf and all that. You see, I still don't know what's going on in my life but as you must know, my parents were cowardly murdered by a despicable man. I came to this town for revenge and that will only be possible if I control my lycanthrope side. You will have understood that I need to have all my abilities." I stared at the wolf who didn't say anything and felt a vein throb in my forehead. He was starting to annoy me there.

Thera said with excitement Sophia shook her head at her friend, she has always been like that, easily carried away with handsome hunks, she really don’t know what she is like that, maybe it is a human thing, Sophia taught because she could not just imagine herself lusting over any man that is not her mate. “you should be careful what you say, your mate is a werewolf, and we tend to be possessive, stop ogling at other men” Sophia said reminding her friend of what she has gotten herself into.

But after a few seconds, she snapped back to reality. “Why should I feel bad about spending money on something I really wanted? I’ve been seriously wondering if vampires really exist, and now that I know they do, why am I having such doubts?” She was shaking her head to help dispel her thoughts and guilt. “This is once in a lifetime chance that I will have, so this is worth it. Your vampire instincts want to take over your body and turn you into a full-fledged, blood-sucking creature,” she said in a trembling tone. She was holding her left neck, which was oozing blood, and her facial expression was clearly in great pain.

“So loyal that you would forge a blood bond with his daughter.” The room gasped. “There hasn’t been a blood bond in centuries,” whispered the man in front of me. I frowned. I let slip out. “What did that matter?” The man tilted his head to the side, irritation showing. “It means Sophia’s gift is unlike others. She could be a threat to everyone.” I stepped back, afraid now to be recognized. The Queen continued. “You forged a blood bond with an ignorant girl. A girl easily manipulated into a relationship with a 200-year-old vampire. You discovered her gift, and only you have trained with her. Getting closer to her and gaining her trust.”
