The Alpha’s Contract

The Alpha’s Contract

Aero and I mutter in unison “Everyone’s soul starts off as a small ball of light. It grows as the person grows, gradually taking shape of the person. Sometimes, it gets to a certain size and never grows anymore because a person is trapped in a cycle that they can’t get out of. Others, like those who have experienced levels of trauma, develop cracks. When the cracks meet, the soul breaks along with that person.” “How bad are hers?” “She should have broken long ago.” “Is that how the darkness got in?”

This book is not really completed. The story ends in the middle of a jump and we should continue reading book 2 but there are no updates. If you don't care that the book is unfinished - it was interesting with good dynamic and the plot is good. A lot of main characters die so don't take liking one

I really fell in love with the story very interesting, and it makes you always want to read more.. I'm just sad that there's no update from the author and it just stopped. I'm still really rooting for the story and I really hope the author is doing well and reconsider her fans that are still waiting

"I was talking to one of my kin… An old friend and an oath breaker. He attempted the sin. This one was just one of the million fragments of his floating consciousness that took over this human. He told me he is in pain and was asking for my help. He wanted me to kill him and free him from the agony." "H...He broke the Soul-Bond?" Creed gulped a mouthful of saliva. "Yeah! He did. This human had already lost his sanity long before he took over this human's body. You can say he was brain dead and was ultimately possessed by him. When a soul bond is broken, consciousness does not fade away even after the body dies. Universe perpetuates every oath breaker's consciousness. It continues to drift, b

Still coming along nicely. The Archie plot has hot a good point. I feel there is more to come with Rain in the story and I like that. It is good to acknowledge the news spread of his accomplishments beating down Archie, but I would shorten the side conversations of the random people.

I'm honestly surprised that this story doesn't have more views and reviews. It's well-written, moves at a relaxing pace and the author did an amazing job with the descriptions. The characters has great depth, personalities that stand out. It is also clean and well-edited.

“I’m not going to hurt you.” “I don’t know that. You say you aren’t going to hurt me, but the way you act sometimes hurts me. One day you treat me like you want me. Then the next you’re telling people I don’t mean anything to you. That we are only friends. I can’t take that. Not from you. I’m already broken, Dmitry. But you the power to shatter me.” His eyebrows wrinkled together. “Dani. For days now, I have been trying to tell you how I feel.”

The Broken Vow

The Broken Vow

He trembled as he slowly rose. "Very well," he whispered, his voice barely audible, like a sigh. The Silvermoon and Blackrock packs had gathered within the temple. I stood before the statue of the Moon Goddess, voice echoing across the sacred hall. "On this holy night of the Blood Moon, I have three announcements for the packs. First, Damian, I, Eva Lopez, deliver your judgment." A hush fell over the temple. Damian's eyes were vacant, his body drained of all life. I studied his hollow face and uttered deliberately, "For the sake of power, you betrayed the Blood Moon vow. You forcibly broke your mate bond with Chloe, provoked a war, and shed the blood of your people.

Broken Inside

It was 8:30am. "I have to go check on Noel.." I mumbled. I got up from bed and brushed my teeth and headed out of my room. I stopped in my tracks when I noticed Hazel sleeping peacefully on the couch in the living room with a book in her hand. "Did she fall asleep while reading?" I smiled and walked towards her. On my way, I ended up bumping into the marble vase on the table beside her and it shattered on the floor with a loud clank. Surprised by the loud noise, Hazel woke up and stared at me, and then at the floor where the broken pieces laid.

Scent of Broken

"How unfortunate." Max gaped, his jaw-dropping, unable to believe the cold and heartless words Hugo had just spoken. "Are you crazy? How can you say that after killing a little girl?" But Hugo didn't respond to Max, who was shaking his shoulders, and he turned to stare at the remaining five of Mr. Red's men, and they turned their heads away. "Change the camera to the falcon five." "Yes, sir. Falcon five was here." That voice came from Hugo's phone, and to Max's surprise, Hugo's phone slipped from his hand. Luckily Hayden's subordinate helped him catch the phone, which fell after being thrown into the air for a few seconds.

Frequently Asked Questions

The ending of 'Broken Soul' left me emotionally wrecked in the best way possible. After following the protagonist's journey through betrayal, self-discovery, and hauntingly beautiful moments of vulnerability, the final chapters hit like a tidal wave. Without spoiling too much, the resolution isn't about neat bows or fairy-tale justice—it's raw. The main character chooses radical acceptance over revenge, walking away from toxic relationships but carrying the scars as proof they lived through it.

What stuck with me was the symbolism in the last scene—a shattered mirror reflecting not brokenness, but countless fractured versions of resilience. The author deliberately leaves some threads unresolved, making it feel painfully real. I spent days dissecting that ending with online book clubs, and everyone had wildly different interpretations of whether it was hopeful or quietly devastating.
