MARIELLA The balloons disgust me. Red and blue, tied into arches at the entrance with planets hanging around everywhere. It sucks, the only good thing is the banner we've used for years, it's like she didn't even consider asking Arabella. Arabella likes pink and white, those are the colours we've gone with for years, and the purple that Katie Rose likes.

"Plus, tonight is about us. Let's not let Delaney ruin it, okay?" Brayden nodded and grinned. "Well, hop in." He said. "I hope you're not afraid of heights." That made me smile a bit for some reason but I entered the basket anyway. "Alright," Brayden said as he joined me. "Let's wait for the whistle." I turned around and watched as Joshua accompany Delaney in a green and yellow hot air balloon. I shook my head. No, I should not get distracted. A few moments after, we heard the sound of a whistle.

Alora gaped at him then swallowed and rolled her eyes. "Show off," she muttered. He grinned, his white teeth shone in the dark night and with his blood-stained face, he looked feral. Raedwulf Lykaon, Alora, and Bertulf strode to circle Vrionis and I faced the balloon and cut off the contraption giving it air. It started to float upwards and I howled to call my pegasus. It swooped down shortly after. I climbed it and used a rope I found in the balloon carriage to pull it along.

Alexa looked at them, opened her mouth and closed them again, she tilted her head slightly, her mind wondering what they were up to. “Whaaaat is going on?” She asked, carefully pronouncing each word. They looked at each other. “SUPRIIIIIIIIIIISEEEE” the two grown men echoed and Helana ran in with an air filled balloon that had ‘IT’S A BOY’ written on it. Vivienne followed her carrying a little, cheese white cake on her hand Caroline followed her with a Sparking Eagle wine in her hand. Ehoes of Chris and James clapping and giving light screams filled the air.

A white balloon suddenly whizzes past my face as I dodged instinctively. *Crack* It lands on the door behind me. Hold on....do balloons crack? Other balloons made a wet splat on the door. Why did that white balloon crack? Unconsciously, I turn half-way around to look at what cracked on the door, only for the pups to throw another set of balloons again. *Crack* Though this time, I knew what that white balloon was, by the gooey substance dropping from my forehead. An egg with a stinky smell.

“Exactly. Come on, let's use your stink bombs to teach her a lesson!" Ginny nodded eagerly and swiftly made her way into the courtyard, hurling all three stink bombs in Xavia’s direction. Xavia watched as the plastic balloon-like objects rapidly inflated. Then, with a loud “pop,” they exploded, releasing a pungent and repulsive odor that permeated the air. For a moment, she felt as if she had fallen into a stinky sewer.

She said that the gender of the baby would be a girl if Noah blew up the pink balloon, and it would be a boy if he blew up the blue balloon. When Noah used the needle to blow up two balloons instead of one, everyone was shocked.

Colorful decorations hung from trees, tables overflowed with food, and in the center stood a towering, slightly lopsided cake clearly decorated by enthusiastic children. "Surprise!" Sam shouted, even though it clearly wasn't. Josh found himself laughing despite the pull of pain from his injuries. "You guys did all this?" "Grandma Helena helped," James said. "She knows people who make balloon animals." As if on cue, a clown appeared from behind a hedge, mercifully not the scary type but a gentle-faced woman with minimal makeup who began twisting balloons into elaborate shapes. "Too much?" Helena asked, noticing Josh's overwhelmed expression.

His dad joins Karl. I’m blowing up two balloons at a time, linking them fast, rolling them, stacking. Keisha stares like I’m doing witchcraft. “Damn, how’d you learn this?” “College. Alley POV: As we approached my mother turned around with a wide smile on her face. "There are my girls! How are you guys?" My mother asked, walking towards us. "We are good Luna, how are you?" Ambrosia said, bowing her head. "Oh nonsense call me momma, you both are my bonus daughters now!" My mother said beaming at Ambrosia. "Momma, what are the balloons about? You have sent them to all of us." I asked, tilting my head to the side. "You all will find out soon enough!" She said giggling. "Momma, just tell us. Is it because we won the battle? Or are we keeping the peace? What is it?" I asked. "Can't say. Athea will be arriving soon so scurry back to the house." My mother said turning us all ar
