“It’s… wrong. Everything about him… it’s wrong. There’s lies, hate… How can someone seem so… normal, yet be so… evil?”
I was fighting to speak, to understand what I was sensing. The words spilled out—confused, raw. “I feel darkness—evil. Guilt. Hatred. Like he’s hiding something… something terrible.”
And then, suddenly, my eyes flickered, and a powerful surge of energy rippled through me. I saw it—an explosion of images: ancestors, guardians, spirits—flooding my mind with flashes of power, feeding me clues, guiding me. They appeared briefly, like a chorus of whispers in my mind, then vanished as suddenly as they’d come.
