The Cherry Trap

The Cherry Trap

I passed Polly in the hallway. She was pushing a handcart piled with ten or so boxes, arms trembling. Seeing me, she stopped and lowered her head to let me pass. "Distribution going okay?" I asked. "…So-so," her voice hoarse. I nodded and walked on. After a few steps, I glanced back. She was still there, hands on the cart, shoulders slumped. The snowlight outside cast pale shadows on her face—white, almost bloodless. The next day, my assistant mentioned casually while dropping off documents, "Mr. Bassett… the employees secretly created a group chat. They call it the 'Cherry Victims Alliance.'"

she murmured. They stepped out into the daylight. “Sparrow is my third monster,” Dove said stoically. “He is not a man to anger, and he expects you to do what you’re meant to and do it well, but he will not hurt you without purpose. Unlike others,” her voice was haunted. “Who are angry that they are prisoners and are resentful that they are forced to breed. They hurt you because they can.” “Sparrow is a monster? I mean, yeah, obviously,” Lyric amended. “But I thought figuratively.”

The Rejected Daughter

The Rejected Daughter

As we sat around the fire eating our meal Noc cleared his throat. “What do you know about Josephine Sparrow?” Noc asked me, slight annoyance evident in his voice. He still wasn’t completely on board with everything. “Well she’s a blonde bombshell, she went to some academy abroad. No ones quite sure why she went there. Rumors are that she’s a cruel woman but they have never been confirmed. No actions have proven that.” I said, sipping my water. He nodded in understanding before getting up and heading to the sleeping area. I opted to take the first watch tonight.

The Disabled CEO's Swapped Bride

The Disabled CEO's Swapped Bride

His mind raced, memories flooding back to him from years ago, memories of Sparrow, the enigmatic racer who had taken the underground world by storm. He blinked, disbelief etched across his face. His grip on the phone tightened as he reread the message, half expecting it to change. It didn’t. “Sarah... Sparrow?” he muttered under his breath, the name feeling foreign yet familiar on his tongue. A low, incredulous laugh escaped him as he leaned back against the leather seat. “Well, I’ll be damned.” His chest tightened with a mix of emotions, admiration, confusion, and just a hint of betrayal.

Falling for Her Ruthless Captor

Falling for Her Ruthless Captor

“She ran from Tristan’s territory a year ago. I kept her secret. I gave her a name. A way out. And she ended up building a pack of her own—rogue hybrids, scattered women, some Alphas who got sick of the corruption. If we show her these documents? She’ll burn half the world to take him down.” Xavier nodded slowly. “Make the call.” I stepped away, grabbing one of the patched-up radios. The frequency was one only she and I had used—a dead channel filled with static. I clicked it on. “This is Sparrow. Come in, Valkyrie. You there?” A crackle. Then a voice like steel wrapped in silk. “Sparrow? That really you, or a ghost?” “It’s me,” I said. “And I’ve got something for you. Something big. You sti

The Caged Bird

The Caged Bird

It was like offering candy to a child and right before the innocent hands would take the sweet snack, to take it away. The beautiful garden outside, on the other side of the window of her prison, was her candy. A heavenly sweetness she met every day to be only taken from her, or better, to remind her it was taken from her. The hollow and dull eyes of the young woman in front of the window looked longing for the freedom of the outside world. She put her hand on the glass, hoping it would magically shatter and form a shield around her, helping her to escape her cage. Only, if indeed the see-through material would shatter, she was still met by bars. The little sparrow had only to thank herself

Twelve Years Later, His Canary Flew Away

Twelve Years Later, His Canary Flew Away

Soren gave up everything in Italy. He started following me around like a shadow. Every time I went to or from the gallery, he would be there, watching silently. One day, I finally stopped him. "I'm sorry, but I have a new life now." "Is it because of Darrel?" "It's me." Darrel stepped forward and wrapped his arm around my waist, his posture possessive. Soren's face crumpled. "Impossible..." "Abby, you can't do this to me!"

Sarah's Awakening

Sarah's Awakening

Sarah I don’t know how long I stayed there, my exposed ass just sticking in the air. I think a part of me was hoping he was kidding and would return and finish what he started, but he never did. He’d completely unraveled me, humiliated me. And for what? To punish me? I couldn’t understand how he could do that. I’d been so close. So, so close. But he wouldn’t let me finish. I couldn’t imagine anything so cruel. The best way to compare it would be to imagine you had a lottery ticket. Imagine that ticket matched all the numbers and you’d won enough money to make all of your dreams come true only to lose the ticket. That’s what it felt like, my dreams floating away.

It is very well written especially since it is from the perspective of two young people exploring sex and learning about their own gratification. That is a hard concept for many youth to grasp fully.

THIS I what I want to read when someone labels their story erotica. Whew! I had to take breaks just to get myself together. There was a great balance with the storyline and erotic encounters to have me looking for another book to see if they enter a tropple or what.

Alpha Rasmus

Catherine's eyes twinkled with joy as she ogled at the sparrow. "Oh my God. You pretty little cutie pie, I never knew Mr. Mute would have a pet sparrow. You little thing; you're so gorgeous. I wonder what's your name blue." Catherine said cheerfully as she talked to the sparrow as the sparrow made chirrup notes as if talking back. "I love you already." Catherine smiled as she put her forefinger in the cage and teased the sparrow. "Thank God I found someone to talk to in this brooding, silent room of his," Catherine said as she moved away.

I am so enjoying this series. can hardly put this book down. Please Author, I think it would make a great storyline if Angela and Luca are mated...so much baggage to overcome:- he was in love with her sister, he is a bit older than her and she seems to get on his nerves... a lot to work with there!
