A Second Chance: My Twin Mates

A Second Chance: My Twin Mates

The creature we intended to create, the weapon strong enough to rule both packs and covens, would remain a dream. I couldn’t let that happen. I turned toward the far wall and knelt beside the hearth. My fingers found the loose stone easily, and I pried it free. Behind it, hidden in a hollow space, lay a leather-bound book wrapped in crimson silk. The Grimoire of Thalora: my mother’s legacy. Every forbidden spell she had collected, every curse she had perfected, every binding stronger than blood. I unwrapped it carefully and set it on the table. The cover was cold to the touch, almost pulsing beneath my fingertips, as if the book itself was alive. I flipped through the brittle pages until I f

Enchanting the Prince

Enchanting the Prince

Hi Everyone! Thanks for reading Enchanting the Prince. I hope you enjoyed this second book in the Guardian's Next Generation series. I saw several of you ask if Leana and Drake would get their own book. They will, but not before Xander and Maeve get their book. Look for Spellbound in early March. This story will back up in time to show you how Maeve lost her parents and how she came to work for Beta Trevor and Gwen. As with ETP, there will be some crossover with times and events from Shattered Bonds as Spellbound will cover the war from the witch's side.

2nd story in the "next generation" of The Guardian series. This one takes a more fantasy twist but totally works. I was enthralled all the way to the epilogues which had me crying yet again. This author updates regularly & always concludes her stories. No worries about abandoned books with her.

I feel like Richie was ripped off in this book, he didn't do anything wrong and he was treated as though he did. if he led Gwen before his mate on or if she was an old fling I'd understand. I also didn't like how we got snippets of the other siblings love lives as if there won't be a book on them.

Another freaking amazing book (finished in a day) lol I love that your books aren’t unnecessarily long, dragging out the plot. I can’t wait to start on the next book in the series. Having the flu has its perks lol I get to read all day and not worry about my 9 to 5 lol amazing work Cooper!! ...️...️...️...️

The Groom From The Fairy-Tale Land

The Groom From The Fairy-Tale Land

"Unfortunately, I don't have the spells and guides needed to perform that magic. Only my father knows about it, and he wrote it in his somewhere unknown spell books. I saw those books when I was a child." "Spellbooks?" Grace repeated, furrowing her brow. "Could it be... a book that looks like recipe books or something?" "Well, my father did hide his spell formulas in cooking, shopping, and other notes," Suzan recalled. "THERE IT IS!" Grace exclaimed, surprising Adro and Suzan. Then she turned to Adro and shook his arm. "Don't you remember? When we came to that mansion again, I found a recipe book!" Adro's eyes widened. "Do you still have it?"

“Yes, I just wanted to let you know we found one of the answers we were looking for. You had mentioned that you would do your own research, and I didn’t want you to waste time trying to figure out how someone might not know they magic until adulthood when we already figured it out.” I lazily scrolled through the list of books on the computer screen that my search had pulled up. “Oh, splendid! So, let’s see then, you’re still wanting to find out how to prove who cast a fake mate bond spell and how to reverse it?” “That’s right.” A title in my list caught my attention: Crowns of Shame – A Complete History. “Alright, thank you for letting me know. I have to attend to some runaway sheep now, but

Ulfgar Ungart: The Lost Dwarf

Ulfgar Ungart: The Lost Dwarf

She was being flagged down by at least three different groups. I finished my meals and ale after about and hour of musing in the main room. I passed the time by bringing out the black leather-bound book out of my pack. It was my personal gift to myself. My own spell book. It only had two cantrips inside of it right now but I was excited about the space I would be filling up. There was plenty of room to add as many spells as I wanted. I could easily add in a hundred spells before I was tapped for space.

For bitter or worse

For bitter or worse

Ximena places her stuff quickly in a neat pile and I place the box on the ground before unpacking it. The thick books are all looking really old, with leather bindings, golden lettering, and thick yellow paper. I read the covers; Magia elemental, La historia de la magia, Un testimonio de la cacería de la brujas en la Espana, Guía de brujas, Libro de encantamientos, Libro de los muertos, Leyedas mágicas and book with no letters on its covers, just an upside down tree. I wonder what that one is about. For everyone wondering, here are the translations:

Enter the Shadows

Enter the Shadows

It was shallower than she expected, but her small stature needed little room. By instinct, since she could not understand a single line in the grimoire, Martha chose a spell. It was the only spell in the center of the page. She ran her fingers over it the handwritten letters. The energy it gave off was not like the others. It was—darker. Apprehension formed in her mind. Just below the spell was a drawing of a hand, a rune dead center of the palm. She traced her fingers over the picture. A malevolence was radiating from the page. Everything about Sven was evil. Why would his book of written spells not reflect that?

He read the contents of the book and suddenly spoke. "No! What did you do to my daughter, Connor? Since she turned 18 years old again because of you, I won't waste this opportunity, I'll just enroll her at Grass University. I won't let her participate no matter what happens. I love this child. " From the book, he looked at me, "yes she's smart, but I won't let her participate in the royal Maharlika Spelling TwistBee competition. Why her? Oh Lord, I hope Connor is aware of what he did." He did the sign of the cross and whispered something in the air.
