Spencer Reid Apartment Novels & Stories

Watching the way his hands gripped the steering wheel as he guided us out of the city and into an area that I knew all too well. “Where are we going?” I asked, clasping my hands together in my lap and dragging the pad of my thumb over the nail of my index finger. “Your place.” Spencer looked away from the road and over at me. “I know you wanted your things and I have Frankie heading over there with movers. We’ll get your things and you never have to see either of them again.” ***Spencer POV*** Wrapping my arm around Andreena, I tried to give her some of my strength as we made our way up the sidewalk to the house that she had shared with her ex-husband.

With the amount of people coming tonight, I’m sure his head will be all over the place, so I’ll be there to take care of him. Spencer’s office is bigger and cooler than I thought it’d be. He always had good taste, but looking at how spacious, modern, and unique it is makes my jaw drop. His personality shows through everywhere—from the concert posters and vinyl albums hanging on the walls, to the black leather couches spread across the room—everything screams Spencer.

“Spencer comes back with us.” Jordan remembered calling his lawyer as well as Xavier and Adam, informing them that Spencer will finally be leaving the country home where he had been staying for nearly seven years. He called Mason and told him to add security at the building of his condo and for him to wait there. He also asked him to tell Cass to wait for him as well. His niece will be getting the shock of her life when she finds out about Spencer. “I’m sure Cass will be happy to know that she has a cousin,” Maya said to him when they are heading back.

I nodded. “So is there a particular property that piques your interest?” I asked. “Ahh, yes there is. There's a property Mr. Reid owns on the east, that is close to Lakeview town. My school is about five minutes drive from there. I would very much love that particular apartment for expansion.” His response sounded valid until my brain remembered that Kamille lived close to that apartment. I have apartments every where in London, how could I have missed that one. I stared at Chris for a brief moment, I decided he could not have known Kamille but I still needed to run a check on him first.

“Famished. Let’s satisfy one hunger at a time?” “I guess there’s no rush. We have all weekend.” “Yes,” he says, tugging me toward the kitchen. Though it isn’t my first visit this week, I take in his apartment. It reminds me a little of the one Kimbra and I shared, but bigger. In New York City, space costs money. There are few people I know who have a place like Duncan and Kimbra’s. That’s all right by me. I like the feel of Trevor’s apartment. It opens from the hallway into his living room. There’s no balcony, but there is a fire escape outside the window. On a night like tonight we could move out there and enjoy the night air.

Or dead. In grim silence, the trio made their way to the southwestern edge of town, to an upscale apartment building. It looked new, gleaming. They drove past a sleek new swimming pool that looked more like a tropical oasis than a man-made water hole. Multiple spas, jogging trail, Wi-Fi included. Definitely more upscale than Tyler could afford on a bouncer’s salary. Luc’s heart sank, and given Jack’s and Hunter’s grim faces, they had done the math as well. But they continued on until they reached apartment 314 and knocked.

Not a lot of people would. I give him a smile, without any words said and something passes between us. But before I could elaborate on what it was, Reid spoke. “Would you like to stay here until you’re up to facing your condo?” I frown at his question; does he mean because Noah tried to kill himself there? I shake my head. “Thank you for the offer, Reid, but this is your safe space and I’ve been invading it quite a lot lately. I’ll have to face up to my fears, so I’ll just start with it today.” I say, but then I remembered something.

I told her truthfully. "What about your apartment? Is it to your liking?" Belinda inquired. "Yes everything's great. I actually came down here because I needed a favor." I said, a little embarrassed. Belinda gave me an encouraging nod. "Er- I can't seem to find my apartment key anywhere, I probably misplaced it. I was told that I could get a spare from the reception." "You most certainly can. What's your apartment number?" She asked kindly. "188." I responded.

The current weather was not considered hot, but it was not very cool either. Spencer did not suspect anything and brought her into the building. The greenery in the neighborhood was very good. The apartment building was not very tall. It was only seven or eight stories high. The buildings were sparse built, making the neighborhood seem very quiet and spacious. Spencer opened the door in front of him and stood to the side. "Come in." The house was a duplex building. It was bright and spacious. The decorations were warm and cozy, but other than the necessary furniture, there were no extra decorations. It looked very cold and cheerless.

Below, was a small and perfectly kept patch of green grass with a bench and two trees. "Uncle Spence," she said, without turning around. "Yeah?" He was already opening boxes behind us. "You picked this apartment because of the garden?" She asked. "I picked this apartment because it has three bedrooms and it's fifteen minutes from the hospital," he said. "The garden was accidental." Valeria turned around and looked him with the expression that said she didn't believe him "Okay," Spencer said. "The garden wasn't an accident." She nodded, satisfied, and went to find her brother.
