There was no introduction needed because I knew the two of them pretty damn well since it wasn't the first time I had used their services. Connor and Anna Swanson were thirty-two year old twins who would do anything for money. Since then they have basically been criminals for hire.

His gaze moves over me slowly, taking in the tailored dress, the low chignon, the nude heels that add just enough height to meet his eyes without having to tilt my head too far. He gestures to the chair across from him. "Sit." I do, placing the briefcase between us like a shield. "I brought the revised projections for Singapore. Legal has already signed off on the language for the indemnity clause."

He's the only one I always run to in my problems, that's why I love him so much. We ate at a restaurant first and then went to the place full of roses that sparkled. The surroundings are very beautiful and they are relaxing to watch. "Okay, are you ready?" I nodded. "It's beautiful here, it's like picking roses that sparkle." Is there a place we can go and then say all your bad feelings there?"
